Walt, we're sorry it took two hours. You are correct that COVID precautions do slow down the process because we take measures to protect each vehicle and sanitize them thoroughly afterwards. Also the waiting areas won't be crowded now because we try to always have people leave their vehicles and come back instead of waiting. Our Quick Lane is a busy place almost all the time. We are hiring service techs to try to speed things up, too. Thank you for the review and letting us know about your experience with us. We are always wanting to hear about how we can improve the customer experience.

COVID-19 is slowing down the turnaround time as we take every precaution we can to protect the vehicle before the work is done, to sanitizing it afterward.
