I had an issue from the time I set an appointment.My window would not come back up is the reason I set an appointment.Which required urgent fixing because I can’t keep my car out in the elements with a window would not come back up is the reason I set an appointment.Which required urgent fixing because I can’t keep my car out in the elements with a broken window. Sad that I had to Inform them of this and beg the receptionist to check and see if there was a sooner appointment which I called Dailey leading up to my appointment to see.So sad that I had to take the initiative and she seemed to not care even laughing at one time about me calling again.No empathy or sympathy at all. I then drop my car off and was assured that my request would be honored that if my car needed a part that I can take it home until part came in. I had to call the service person @1:30p.m because it was getting late and I had not received a call from you all.My appointment was at 7:30a.m that day.The Agent told me that during the process my window was dropped and shattered so the window and all attachments had to be replaced.Your agent could not give me details as to what happened and what needed to be repaired and how long the shipment of another window would be..he placed me on hold to ask the person fixing my car and still could not give a time. The manager was gone for the day so no help there.He placed me on hold and I was transferred to his voicemail 2 times then call dropped.I would call back and get cold transferred without being told.Rude !! Your company was everything but professional! Full of excuses but no resolutions I had to wait until the next day to speak with the manager which she claimed no one told her about this Selina that was going on in her dept..She finally explained what happened and that they would not expect the window to be shipped for up to 2weeks so they came to the resolution of taking one from a new vehicle on the lot.. I was not disappointed with you all dropping my window because we are imperfect and make mistakes..I was disappointed in the way you all choose to handle it and treat me as if it was my fault and lack of any information for me when my car was in your procession. I have never had this kind of treatment from you all. Worse Customer service experience!! More

Consistently one of the best dealerships in the area to work with. Excellent customer service by the sales team, finance, and service department.
