They did step up after several calls to Ford and the GM to provide a loaner so that and a friendly staff were the only positives. But car had fresh scratches on the roof, windshield wiper reservoir tube to provide a loaner so that and a friendly staff were the only positives. But car had fresh scratches on the roof, windshield wiper reservoir tube unplugged, low coolant and filthy from sitting outside for 3 weeks. The windows could have at least been cleaned. Refused battery service but they still did it and charged me. Overall a below par visit for a factory recall extended warrant issued. More
