I purchased a 2022 Ford F150 through Military Auto Source while deployed in February, learning shortly thereafter that I'd be picking up from Lafayette Ford. Shortly thereafter, I contacted the point of cont while deployed in February, learning shortly thereafter that I'd be picking up from Lafayette Ford. Shortly thereafter, I contacted the point of contact I'd been given and was updated routinely thereafter. While Lafayette did not sell me the vehicle or profit from the sale, I had exceptional customer service from both Keith Matthews and Mary Price. They produced all the required paperwork, guided me to the closest DMV, and prepped the truck for pick up. Between arrival to the dealership, the trip to the DMV, and pick up - I was complete in less than an hour. From my experience, I couldn't recommend a better group of people to work with. More

Like everything else in this world this world problems and inflation is taking a toll on us senior citizens and Milatary retired. your work is excellent, It is coming to the point where you service char and inflation is taking a toll on us senior citizens and Milatary retired. your work is excellent, It is coming to the point where you service charges and the cost of the air and cabin filters plus the cost to install same is coming to an end for my family. we have been Ford buyer for 20 yrs. my wife retired with Ford motor Credit. if you need to purchase a new car one of her benefits helps us out . so I am in the process of looking for other avenues for my oil changes. the cost of an cabin filter labor filter cost is out rageous . $29.00 to put one in (which takes about 2 minutes) plus the cost of a filter of which I can puchase for 1/2 of what your service cener charges.
