For example, they listed a 2020 Ford Escape with less than 1000 miles online for $25,584. They advertised an additional savings of $750 for trade assist and $750 additional savings for finance assist. So with both online they advertised $24,084. The car looked nice and when it was time to talk numbers they could not get anywhere near the loan percentage that my bank was offering. So the plan is to gauge you there. I was willing to lose that $750 additional savings. I also had no trade in so would lose that $750 as well. So the price should be $25,584 correct? Nope. They tacked on $1699 in dealer fees as well as a mandatory $3984 protection plan. I told them that the $1699 dealer fee was fine after all you expect them to make some money but I was not going to pay for a protection plan for special paint that they supposedly applied. After all the vehicle has less than 1000 miles so why would you do anything to the paint? They were not willing to waive this protection plan fee so in essence the car would cost over $33,000 after tax. Basically they tried to scan me for $1699 in dealer fees and $3984 for a protection plan that I didn't want. Looking to scam a total of $5,983. This wasn't my first car buying experience so I can definitely spot a scam. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Read the Google reviews. All the 5 starts are obviously friends and family so read the real recent ones. All negative. Total Scam! More

I called about a van I saw online, when I got the price quote it was $5000 more then the price listed online. Add $2000 if you don't have a trade plus $1600 for dealer fees and $1200 for inspection. Went from one of the best experiences to the absolute worst. Bought this truck on Memorial Day, and was supposed to have the leather installed within two weeks (Per our agreement). Since I was traveling from out of town I wanted to know a more accurate figure of what I would be paying. They called me back and gave me a price over 14K. I asked how that could be when the price was advertised at $7,984. What I heard was amazing. They started talking about some kind of paint sealant valued at almost $900 and a laundry list of fees. So to make a long story longer what ever their advertised price is you can bet it will be double. Hope this saves someone some time and money. They listed a used jeep on auto trader at a vh reduced price of 4995. We call and confirm with jason the gm and tina the internet sales manager. We make an appointment to drive 3 hours to see it.
