The insurance warranty was garbage as they wanted it to be towed to fix it when we got to the RV park in Newport Beach when all we needed was a tech to come out to fix it. We had to pay a tech out of our own pocket to deal with it as we would of had no place to stay. The warranty was crap. The cabinets buckled with water damage etc. This was in July 2022. They got us in to their repair 8/9/22 as they were booked, Parts didn't come til Oct 2022, when they realized our catalytic converter was stolen on their repair lot, they were uncooperative in making it a priority to replace. Had to hire a lemon law attorney 1/23 to deal with them, they stopped work. They didn't care that we have been paying $1,500 a month on paying for it and another $250 a month on insurance now for over a year, being that its 10/18/23 and our attorney is still dealing with them. We had to cancel our camping trips we paid for and its been a huge mess. Zero consideration for us the customer from the dealer and the manufacturer. This was purchased at the Sacramento Dealership and Davis location handled supposed repairs, which hasn't happened. More

They will rush you through your purchase to ensure the vehicle is delivered to ensure that their sales team gets the paycheck. They also have deleted my wife's review twice. This is only the first stop for sharing our story of a terrible experience. If I type more they will most likely delete my post as well. Onto the BBB website. We have given these people many opportunities to make this right, and they failed at every turn. Save yourselves!! More
I loved the way they treat customers. We had a wonderful person show us some motor coaches we really loved. Can’t wait to check it out and see if it’s a good fit for us. person show us some motor coaches we really loved. Can’t wait to check it out and see if it’s a good fit for us. More

It has been in the shop 3 times now for over 44 days and counting. They will charge you a $995 dealer/PDI (pre delivery inspection) fee, but they will not actually inspect your RV before handing it off to you. Once you drive off the dealership, they will take 0% responsibility for anything wrong with it. You will end up waiting for months to get anything repaired. The RV is now heading to Thor's factory (adding over 2500 miles to the RV) and will take at least a month or so to repair. Max Moshiri flat out accused us of causing the damage to the RV even though the THOR technical rep stated that the damage was a manufacturing defect. He told us "Well, you picked that one." Insinuating that we purposeful would choose a damaged RV that La Mesa supposedly inspected. The sales people will follow you around in a golf cart watching you the whole time. Very pushy sales tactics and flat out dishonest information about an RV you may be considering. Their HQ in San Diego, could care less about your issues. Jake Castro, customer relations rep in San Diego, told me that La Mesa RV will not reimburse us or buy back our RV because it's Thor's issue. It may be Thor's factory flaws, but La Mesa could at least do the right thing an buy back the RV. My advice, stay clear of this place and shop somewhere else, even if the price is a little higher there. More
Horrible - delivered a new RV with a flat tire, non-operating radio, non-operating heater, the roof had been hit damaging the AC but we were not told about it, the door did not close properly and w non-operating radio, non-operating heater, the roof had been hit damaging the AC but we were not told about it, the door did not close properly and would sporadically open on the road, there were warning lights on in the dash, HDMI distribution did not work, plus dozens of additional minor items. They knew about most of these problems and withheld others. This is not my first RV purchase, but one of the worst. More
Stay away from dealer, especially the service department We purchased from dealer in 1974, they were fine. This purchase in 2018 is the worst RV we have ever owned (we have owned several in between). The coa We purchased from dealer in 1974, they were fine. This purchase in 2018 is the worst RV we have ever owned (we have owned several in between). The coach has been a continuous string of malfunctions and annoyances. Most service (when you could get them to do it) was either incomplete, damaging to the vehicle or poorly done. Some service examples: There were 5 or 6 after sale service visits. At a couple of the visits they did not have the parts, but did not tell me ahead of time, even though we had to come in from out of town They installed a Convection/Microwave, but the lights did not work until I fixed them. They replaced the arms on the awing, but broke off whatever they used to keep the awing from unrolling. This required work to get the piece out when we needed to work on the awing later. They also managed to get silicone sealer, on the side of the coach, around the arms 6" from the arm. They adjusted a compartment door, but the door closed only twice before it malfunctioned and now the hinge is loose. They never did address the rattling and banging in the sidewall (by the slide), or the noise in the dash board. The coach was out of alignment and the outside edges were worn off the front tires. They replaced 1 of the tires and hid the other front tire inside on the rear. They aligned the front end, but the steering wheel was 3 to 5 degrees off afterwards. More
Very Bad Experience I purchased from Fort Myers Florida The worst experience of my life. They literally set the vehicle on fire while prepping it for delivery. Horrible buying experience Although I really like the La Mesa, RV organization I had an absolutely horrible buying experience with La Mesa, San Diego. Nothing but misrepresenta Although I really like the La Mesa, RV organization I had an absolutely horrible buying experience with La Mesa, San Diego. Nothing but misrepresentations, broken commitments, and poor service. On the plus side, I did take my new RV to La Mesa, Tuscon who bent over backward to make some of the bumbled delivery services right. More
