Multiply that by any figure with lots of zeros and you’re still setting the bar too high for this place. At La Mesa RV, you’re not a customer, you’re not even a human being, you are $$ and that is IT. Nothing more, nothing less. And boy do they let you know it at every opportunity once that ink is dry. It has been a great positive experience. La Mesa in Tucson is number one in my book. Our salesman, Jerry Edwards, matched us with the perfect rig for us. This is for the Phoenix location on McDowell. Purchased 2021 Redwood 4001LK 6/30. Auto levelers didn't work among other issues. Took delivery a week later, still broken. After multiple emails and unanswered calls, returned the RV to the dealer because their $5400+ warranty is useless. There is no mobile repair service, no communication, no response to emails, and no response to calls. STAY away from here, from their so-called RV shows, and whatever you do, do not waste your money on extended warranties or roadside services. We plan on filing with the Better Business Bureau, the "on your side" news stations, and if need be, exercising our rights under the lemon law. If we could rate it 0 stars we would. More
We bought a used Berkshire two months ago. The day we picked it up we were assured that the driver's seat would be repaired so it would stop rotating while you drove. The temperature in Green Valley, AZ, was in the mid-nineties, and we were sweltering. They located and installed the new air conditioner in such a professional and timely manner.
