Closed Up Show & Screwed Over Many People! This car felt to good to be true from the beginning, unfortunately the feeling was right on! Purchased a 2005 Acura RL on 3/9/2015 from Dan Cohen. H This car felt to good to be true from the beginning, unfortunately the feeling was right on! Purchased a 2005 Acura RL on 3/9/2015 from Dan Cohen. He & Tim, the owner, said it could take up to 60 days to receive the title. We went home, called insurance company next morning & they couldn't find the VIN#, the paperwork we were given was incorrect. Left message at Luxe to please call so we could get this straightened out, a week later, no call, my husband stopped by their shop & they were GONE! Empty!! No forwarding information. With alot of research & contacts we were able to find our title with the floor company they use. The dealer is to pay the floor company within 48hrs of a sale & then they receive the title, not up to 60 days as we were told. The floor company has not received payment, of course. We have filed a claim with them, with the bond & insurance company, as well as Oregon DMV investigation unit. We have also been in contact with every news station in town as well as other people they screwed!! Some of the people they recently ripped off bought consignment vehicles that were not paid for, both sides lose. They will be punished for this one way or another!! KARMA!!! More

I am a "details" guy. I like to compare vehicles and options and engines, etc. I was treated so respectfully by Jake and Josh (I worked mainly with Jake). Jake was totally upfront with me, I could tell (being a details kind of guy). Jake wants his clients to be totally satisfied as his #1 priority. Way cool! I love their showroom--the cars are INDOORS. Impressive since I'd want them pampering my future car. Their showroom has a pretty great collection of nice cars. In summary, absolutely NO PRESSURE, nice showroom and selection, and Jake is very knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping me find the car I will be thrilled in long term. More

Luxe is hands down the best place to purchase a car. Car dealers are so stereotyped now days and to make matters worse many live up to the stereotype. Can buying a car be easy, even enjoyable? These gentlemen and I mean gentlemen are too nice, and too honest to be car salesmen, so they are not. You walk in and immediately they take an interest in you, not in selling you a car. If you have any questions be assured they will give you an honest answer. Prices? Shop around and see if you can get the quality and lower price anywhere else. Haggling? Not here. in fact, after getting on my game face in preparation to haggle I was nicely informed that at Luxe they don't haggle over price they price them as low as they can and free you from the stress and anxiety. However, forget about this review. Go find out for yourself. The worst that is going to happen you may have to be friendly to the staff because they are going to be to you. Thank you Luxe for showing Portland that people who sell cars can have character. More

I've had a friend that has been telling me about Tim and the rest of the Luxe Autohaus family for years. I've been to dealers before that are supposed to feel like this until you leave the sales office feeling awful; I swore I would never go to one again. My friend stayed persistent with his recommendation until he finally offered to take me to lunch and stop by the dealership. The folks at Luxe Autohaus lived up to all the gushing (and then some). The closest thing to a sales pitch was asking us which cars we wanted keys for. They sent each of us out of the expansive indoor showroom in the nicest cars we had ever driven. The buying process for the dream car I never thought I could afford was as easy as could be. I spent considerably more time talking to Tim about tech stuff and Halloween plans than it took to do the paperwork. Jacob (the member of the team that takes all the beautiful pictures) even offered me a slice of the gourmet pizza they just purchased for dinner. It felt like going over to a friend's house to say "hi" but then driving home in a new vehicle. The friendly treatment didn't stop after I drove off the lot either. I'm sure they know I wouldn't buy a car somewhere else. More
