As someone who has purchased multiple vehicles out of state, this was easily one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had as a prospective buyer. I was seriously interested in one of their GT350s state, this was easily one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had as a prospective buyer. I was seriously interested in one of their GT350s and promptly provided everything requested for my trade, including payoff information, the window sticker, photos, and multiple videos. In return, I was told that a cold-start and walk-around video of the GT350 would be sent “right over.” More than two days later, I had received neither the requested videos nor an actual trade figure and had to follow up myself. Even after following up, I still was not given the trade number I had directly asked for. I completely understand if a trade is not a fit for a dealership or if they simply do not want the vehicle. What I do not understand is requesting that much information from a serious out-of-state buyer, promising basic information in return, and then failing to follow through or communicate for multiple days. What made the lack of follow-up even more surprising was that the GT350 I contacted them about had already been advertised for several months. As a serious buyer who was prepared to potentially make a deal, I would have expected at least basic communication and follow-through on the information I was promised. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and follow-through wasted a significant amount of my time and completely turned me away from doing business with them. More

I bought this vehicle online, a Triumph TR7, from photos and talking with Rob. He was very informative, answered all the questions I had.
