Upset that I was not informed that the lease balance wasn't being paid in full & instead $3100 was transferred to my new loan. Out of the 3 people assisting me, not 1 went over this with me. All I was told was "yes, we're gonna get you taken care of, we can get you out of the lease & get you a payment close to what you want" I went home, realizing then, I was not informed of the $3167 they didn't pay towards the lease was transferred to my new loan. Sneaky way of making a sale. More
