Dear JMC191, I am sorry that you're frustrated with the Kia product. I will let Kia know that we lost a customer. And I will speak with Warren and Danny to discuss how we could have better handled your situation. Please understand that as a dealer, we have limited resources. We would love to fix the paint on your vehicle so long as the manufacturer pays us to fix the repair. Therefore, it is critical that we, the customer and the dealership, work together to build a case for Kia NA to pay. I'm sorry we did not portray that sense of collaboration. We will work to fix this. Honda is a great product. Toyota is a great product too. But no product is perfect. We will work hard every day to get better. Thank you, Nai Ko GM.
