Very bad experience with this dealer!! Bought a used Sorento from this place... you'll be shocked at my story. I would never recommend this place to anyone, and will do everything I can to make sure people know that this is the horrific experience you can expect. 1. Signed paperwork and was rushed out quickly and told we'd get a call about financing. 2. Bought the car because we were told it still had factory warranty till 60,000 miles, and have paperwork for it. Then found out the warranty 5 year time lapsed before we even bought the car. 3. Was never told the Sorento didn't have a title and it took a month to get the car. 4. They passed it for safety inspection when it needed 4 new tires, solely because they didn't want to put new tires on it. 5. Had to bring back 4 times because the alarm randomly would go off. 6. The car has a stock radio that doesn't dim with the interior lights. 7. Had so many issues they had it just as much as we did for the first two months. 8. Brought it to them for steering wheel control problems, picked it up and the air conditioning didn't work. 9. Picked the car up from one of the numerous times they had it and there was a very loud and obnoxious noise coming from the steering wheel. Was told they couldn't replicate it so they wouldn't do anything. I video'd it and they finally fixed it. 10. Bought it AWD, got the first snow storm and it doesn't work. They want me to pay nearly $1000 to fix it. I have only had the car for only 6 months now and it has been the worst experience of my life. I would have rather kept my old FWD Saturn Vue! More

Service department is outstanding!!!! I have purchased two Kia's from Lev Kia over the span of the last 17 years. In this time, I have had many routine service appointments as well as a couple of major repairs between the two cars. I have had the pleasure of working with Warren Rios for many years now, and his managerial and customer service skills are second to none. Warren is always courteous, friendly and willing to take the time to explain things in detail. His knowledge of his product is superior. I have no doubt that whenever I call Warren with a vehicle issue, he is going to give me a straight up, honest answer. I have complete confidence and trust in the things that he tells me, and don't ever feel that they try to sell me something that I do not need. I have complete confidence in Warren and his service team, and will continue to buy from Lev Kia having the piece of mind that the service and maintenance of my vehicle will be in such competent hands. It's clear the entire dealership is under strong ownership/management. My 2006 Sedona has been flawless because it's a good car but also because Lev Kia service has been taking good care of it. Jason and Warren have been completely trustworthy and I'm confident any time I go in for either routine/preventative maintenance or for another issue. I'm in the market for a new minivan and will be purchasing it from Lev Kia, mostly because of the service department. More
