The price was better than comparable cars at other dealerships. They did not use high pressure tactics. They allowed us to use their computer to do an internet search on blue book information. They gave us plenty of time and space to discuss and decide about the vehicle and fully answered all of our questions and we had a lot of them. I like these guys a lot and would recommend them without hesitation. More

Car buying is stressful and often viewed as an unpleasant encounter, especially when it comes to the "negotiating" part. Straight forward car dealership with no pressures. I test drove the car and bought it within an hour. I went into Lev Kia after calling ahead to see if they had the model of car and trim I was interested in, as I wanted to take it for a test drive to be sure I was truly interested in the vehicle. All the other dealerships either didn't have the car or didn't return my call after doing the research they needed to do to see if they had it in stock. When we called we spoke with Tony and he said he thought they did have the car and that if we didn't hear back from him it mean they did. So we decided to drive over to check it out. Upon arrival we were greeted immediately by another salesman (much friendlier welcome than we received from any other dealer we walked into). We told the salesman we were there to see Tony as it was he that we spoke with on the phone. Tony was working with another customer at the time but he took the time to say hello and prepare the car for us to take for a test and even helped us to map out where to drive in the area. Upon our return we discussed the exact model I wanted since the car I test drove was the right engine but didn't have the Navigation system (technology package) which was what I wanted in the car I was going to purchase. We sat with Tony and he went on the system to see what dealerships in the neighboring states had the exact vehicle I wanted and I was even specific on the color I wanted. There were only a couple of them out there since it was a year end model and they found one in NH to bring over. I discussed the price I wanted to pay and how much I was willing to put down. I also had a trade-in to work as well. We came to a good price and it was hassle-free. I called a couple of times after leaving the dealership that day and spoke with Bert Lueth, the sales mgr and he really worked to get me to a price I was very happy with. I can not say enough good things about how comfortable I felt throughout the buying process. I felt no pressure and they were very eager to ensure my happiness. The day my car arrived I headed back in, and after signing all of my paper work, Tony sat with me to go over all of the vehicle's features and manuals and then we sat in the car to go over many of the options (and this car has many—There's a definite learning curve with my new Kia Forte). With all that said. I highly recommend Lev Kia if you're in the Boston area and looking to buy a Kia. You will be happy you did. Buying a new car can be a daunting experience and I couldn't have been more happy with my experience. Thank you. More
I had a great experience at Lev Kia. The location is very convenient, right off Mass Pike, which is why I went to this Kia dealership over others. Once there, I was glad I went. He was not at all pushy, and really listened to what I was looking for. The manager (I don't remember his name) was also very helpful. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by him - a big difference from other dealerships I'd gone to, where they had me waiting a while before even coming over and saying hello. Tony really took the time to show me different features of the car in question, and he walked me through all the details of the financing options. He let me ask as many questions as I had, and he answered them all in an informed and patient manner. If you want an enjoyable car-shopping and -buying experience, go to Lev Kia! The location is great, the price is right, and the staff truly embody what it means to put the customer first while representing their company well. More

This was far and away the easiest dealership I have ever worked with. Phil was so comforting to deal with that my wife intends to go back to Lev Kia to buy herself a Sportage soon. Lev didnt have the car I wanted (Forte with Manual Trans) in stock, but was able to not only find one nearby they could get for me, but even told me where it was in case I wanted to drive it at that dealership first before having them bring it in. They were not worried about the competition which made me even more comfortable in working with them. They were aggressive on my trade, fair on the new car price and seem to be working in my best interest throughout the sales process. Cant wait to pick up my car this week!! More
