I had been looking for an inexpensive, fuel-efficient new car for a couple of months and had visited about 12 dealerships of various manufacturers, some good, some awful. Everything I could afford was very car for a couple of months and had visited about 12 dealerships of various manufacturers, some good, some awful. Everything I could afford was very boring and I had never heard of a Soul. I saw it at another Kia dealership when I was there to test drive another model. The salesman there told me I couldn't have a brochure and that he would answer all my questions. When he couldn't answer even some basic questions (like color options), he literally told me I asked too many and pawned me off on some woman for a test drive who was actually very knowledgeable and helpful. I liked the interior roominess of the Soul and wanted my husband to drive it. We happened to be in Natick and heading towards the Pike after work one Friday so we decided to stop at Lev Kia so my husband could see the car and we could get a brochure. We were so tired that we didn't really even want to do a test drive and we definitely weren't looking to buy that night. We even went so far as to agree to no more than 20 minutes before we went in. But, the process was so pleasant and easy and we liked the car so when Phil Ohanian, our salesman, asked if we wanted to know the pricing, we figured why not. Having been shopping for awhile we knew it was a good price and that there weren't a lot of the model and color we wanted left so we made a refundable deposit. Again, no pressure, no hassle, but at least we knew the car would be there come Monday. Over the weekend, I contacted the woman at the first dealership (to be fair) and asked for her price on the same car. It was much higher so we decided to go with Lev Kia. Over the next few days as we pondered accessories and financing options, I sent Phil many emails. He responded promptly, accurately and succinctly. It was a pleasure to deal with someone so attentive to details. He easily arranged for some after-market work we needed done and had everything ready when we came to pick up the car. He went over everything - even helped me set up the Bluetooth so that I wouldn't have to deal with the one-time learning curve - and took me over and introduced me to the service department. He had a gift for me and so did the service department. Honestly, my husband and I laughed that Phil seemed more excited than we were. So, having been in a lot of car dealerships over the years, I'd have to say the first Kia dealership I saw the Soul at was one of the worst experiences (but based largely on one person - but I couldn't believe the management would let that go on) and Lev Kia was defintely one of the best. We had some interactions with the finance guy who called to ask me if I wanted a lower rate than I had agreed to - when does that happen - and a service guy who originally gave me sort of a hard time, but ended up being fine. My only gripe would be that when we asked if my husband could get a ride to work when he had to drop off the car we were told yes - and he did - but they never mentioned that they wouldn't come pick him up again so he'd have to find a ride from a co-worker. I am picky and I do ask a lot of questions, but that's why I feel comfortable giving Phil Ohanian and Lev Kia the highest rating. Phil is very knowledgeable about the cars and is a pleasure to work with. More

I gave Lev Kia of Framingham the highest score because everyone at this dealer was helpful, cheerful, and very calm. At Most dealers they just try to pressure you into buying a car, while Tony (the salesm everyone at this dealer was helpful, cheerful, and very calm. At Most dealers they just try to pressure you into buying a car, while Tony (the salesman who helped me and my mom at Kia) was interested in our needs and demands. He stayed with us and answering all our questions regaurding the type of vehicle that would best suite my mother, He was very friendly and helpful and was not pushy at all. After making a decision and purchasing a Kia Soul the dealer handled all the paperwork, registration, and also putting new plates on the car we did not have to deal with any of it. they explained all the charges with complete detail and broke everything down for us. When the car was ready to drive off (the following day) Phil was there to greet us and explain all functions of the new car. But before he showed us the functions of the car he took us around the dealer to show us the service Center. I was so appreciative he did that because he wanted us to know that they are there to help us with any issue that may arise. The service man who was behind the desk was very helpful, I even asked a question about my own 2004 Kia Sorento and gave me helpful information regaurding pricing of Auto Body work. When we reached the new Kia Soul Phil showed us every function inside and out, he made sure that when we drove off the lot that we wouldn't have any questions and would feel comfortable driving the new vehicle. He took his time and answered any questions we had for him. When we drove off with the Brand New car all we kept saying to one another is how nice and helpful everyone is. We visited many dealers before and none had the same presence and warm welcome as Lev Kia did. I am sure that i will see them again because i plan on returning for auto body work for my 2004 kia, and in the future when i decide to purchase a new vehicle i will know exactly which dealer head straight for, Lev Kia of Framingham. When I came in the next day, Phil was very friendly and informative about the cars but in no way put any negative pressure on me to make a commitment before I was ready. He provided me with helpful information on both vehicles and answered all my questions as I test drove both of them. I ended up buying an Element from a friend who also happened to be selling his, but I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Phil to anyone looking for a honest and friendly dealer without all the hype and "salesmanship". Tony and Gerry both made the process of buying a used car easier. It was my first car purchase and I was understandably stressed, but they made me quickly feel at ease and were not pressured to do anything easier. Came in to purchase a used vehicle to replace my vehicle which had died. This was the first time I had purchased a car from a dealer and Tony and Gerry made the process painless. As a first time buyer there was a bit of a delay caused by the auto insurance company and bank approval for financing, but Tony and Gerry did everything they could to make sure everything was approved and I was able to drive away with the vehicle the same day.
