Ken Russian is a great person to work with. He listened to me about what i wanted to spend and he worked with me. There wasn't any arguing about price. Before I start let me first say that I have had a really bad experience with another dealership where I purchased my Chevy Malibu. I was so discouraged with my purchase and the service department there that bad experience with another dealership where I purchased my Chevy Malibu. I was so discouraged with my purchase and the service department there that after putting at least 5K into the car for repairs, I decided to shop for another car. I then went to Lev Kia in Framingham, MA just to look around at new cars in February 2011. This is where I met Ken Russain a sales representative that works there. Ken spoke with me to see if I was interested in a new Kia and I told him about my past experience there with the prior dealership that I was at. Ken really listened to me and to sum things up, gave me a new deal on a Kia Sportage that I could not walk away from. Most of all Ken got my trust back in dealerships again. This was an important plus in my attitude towards dealerships. I really needed a dealership that I could trust to buy a car from and to receive service on my new Kia also. Ken gave me no pressure to purchase, just let me take my time and most of all he understood me and what I was looking for. The trust and understanding was there and I knew with a shadow of a doubt, that I bought a New Kia Sportage without even looking at it. I received an excellent finance rate, a remarkable payment on my old Malibu and with that was able to purchase my new Kia Sportage. This was such a pleasant experience working with Ken, Burt, and Bill over the next few months. When I had a little problem, after I talked to Burt and Bill and they reassured me that they would take care of me. Which I must state that they did to a level of excellence that I have never seen before!! I know that it took me a long time after I purchased my new Sportage to write what I am now stating. I needed to find out if Lev Kia would be a dealership that would be there for me before the sale and most of all after the sale. Let me also say that I do love my new Kia Sportage so much that I informed a neighbor about it that she too, went to Lev Kia had such a wonderful experience with Ken Russian that she too, bought a New Kia Sportage also!! The service department was so excellent and I was treated like royalty, when I brought my Kia in for her first service. Honest communication, not trying to push more service items on me than was needed for my Kia, and most of all a free complementary inspection at no cost to me on my Kia I really felt that my business was wanted there and every one that I came in contact showed me so!! Warren Rios the manager of the service department handled me personally and his staff was also so involved insuring that all my needs were met that it has clearly shown to me that I can trust Lev Kia Before and after the sale!! I would highly recommend Lev Kia to anyone that wishes in a dealership that you can trust before and after the sale!! For me this is a dream come true. I went to this dealership with a specific price point in mind and thinking that I would be looking at the Sportage. Knowing my price point, my salesman asked how I would be using the vehicle and suggested t mind and thinking that I would be looking at the Sportage. Knowing my price point, my salesman asked how I would be using the vehicle and suggested that I think about the Sorento, as it would probably fit my needs better and meet my budget at the same time. He went over the vehicle and thoroughly explained all of the options that could be included in that price before offering me a test drive. The amazing thing to me as I think about this trip to Lev Kia was that I went there thinking that I would soon be off to check out a few dealers of other makes that I was interested in. I never made it to another dealer. All of the people I worked with were extremely helpful, happy to do what they do and did not apply any pressure to buy something I didn't want or need. More
I have purchased many vehicles over the last 60+ years and this is the finest dealer I have ever delt with. It was a pleasure to spend time with all of the people at LEV. Especially Phil, terrific guy...most dealers and sales people want to sell you something. Not here at LEV, Phil doesn't sell you a auto he helps you to decide what you want. He explans everything right done to the last detail A to Z and then some. I honestly have to tell you that I really enjoyed buying my new Forte... This was truly a great experience as a consumer. The entire staff was friendly and ready to help! Phil takes you on an all terraine test drive so you really get to see how the vehicle will preform on different surfaces. Gerry in financing was also a very great person to work with as you could tell he cared about the customer and getting them exactly what they wanted. In closing, every associate I came in contact with demonstrated the utmost respect and I would work with them for any future needs I may have. More

Unlike the salesmen at Herb Chambers Kia, Jeffery at Lev Kia of Framingham was HONEST about what cars were in stock. When I went to pick up my new Kia Soul Bert handled the paperwork and made it a painless, streamlined experience, no surprises and he was very pleasant to work with. From the beginning Jeffery listed to me, ansereed my numerious queations and helped me find just the right car, at a reasonable price. This I know because I had done my research. When we picked up the new Soul Jeffery was knowledgeable and generous with his time, not to mention patient while explaining how all the bells and whistles worked. I LOVE the bluetooth and mp3 player working thought the radio! I had such a great car buying experience we took pictures with Jeffery to earmaark this event! More
Phil was a superstar. Any requests I made he was on it before I could finish my request. i.e. I asked him to remove my EZ pass and he installed it into my new car before I could blink. I purchased a Kia Soul from Lev Kia and couldn't be happier with how everything went. I made the decision to buy a new car when my current car broke down for the third time in a month... it had nearly happier with how everything went. I made the decision to buy a new car when my current car broke down for the third time in a month... it had nearly 200k miles on it and it was time to move on. I did a lot of research online and sent messages to several Kia dealers telling them exactly what I was looking for and asking what inventory they had that met my needs and asked for pricing and financing information. Phil was incredibly responsive, which is something most of the other dealers weren't. A couple of them responded by saying I could see their inventory on their web site... they clearly weren't trying to earn my business, but Phil was. Communication was great, the actual face to face communication was great and I got a great price. Phil really listened to what I wanted and didn't try to upsell me on another model, accessories/options I didn't want, etc. I would absolutely recommend Phil and Lev Kia to anyone in the market for a Kia. My recent purchase of a 2011 KIA Sorento from LEV KIA of Framingham, MA, proved to be a beneficial experience. I researched the KIA Sorento and formed the opinion that for the money this vehicle along with Framingham, MA, proved to be a beneficial experience. I researched the KIA Sorento and formed the opinion that for the money this vehicle along with its warranty was a worthwhile investment. I shopped around to all area dealers and was able to negotiate a fair price from the friendly, knowledgeable staff at LEV. The vehicle was delivered at the date and time promised. It was immaculate when I picked it up. The gas tank was full to the brim. The sales associate spent plenty of time familiarizing me with the vehicle and its options. Negotiating with the sales staff was a no nonsense encounter. They were all professional, curious and respectful to my budget and vehicle requirements. This vehicle amazes me having purchased (4) new Mercedes prior to the KIA. The 4 cylinder gets 32 mpg. It cruises effortlessly at high speeds. True, it’s not the 400 HP Vette that is our second automobile, but then again I drive it for two weeks without gassing up compared to every two days! I laugh when I drive by similar looking Lexus and BMW SUV’s, knowing that I paid more than 20K less for a vehicle that has twice the warranty. Thank you LEV - KIA More
