The experience purchasing a vehicle from Lev Kia was wonderful. While investigating several vehicles and different automobile makers I finally decided to go again with a Kia, this time a Kia Soul+. I was extremely satisfied with the customer service and vehicle knowledge by Tony, the pleasant salesman to greet us. Living in Worcester I visited several Kia dealers, with disappointment regarding the salesmen and their lack of knowledge of the vehicles (I felt like I knew more about the Kia Soul from looking online than the salesman did) until I went as far as Lev Kia in Framingham. Tony at Lev Kia was such an amazing help. He knew so much about the vechilce and was able to answer the many questions I had. Tony was also very patient with us as we contiued to narrow our search, never putting pressure on us. I will surely visit Lev Kia again for our next family vehicle. I wanted to wait a couple weeks before I wrote this review. I went to Lev Kia after alot of research into the car I wanted. I purchased a 2012 Kia Soul. The salesperson-Phil Ohanian-was knowledgeabl review. I went to Lev Kia after alot of research into the car I wanted. I purchased a 2012 Kia Soul. The salesperson-Phil Ohanian-was knowledgeable, friendly, and wasn't using a high pressure sales tactic. He didn't need to-Kia makes exceptional vehicles that seem to sell themselves. He took me for a test drive on real world roads (not perfectly paved ones) so I could see what the car could really handle. After two weeks I am still in love with my new car. They worked with me, getting me good financing and into my new car in short order. When I went in for my inspection sticker the service people led me into the garage to get back into my car because it was raining out and they didn't want me to get wet. How awesome is that!! Absolutely excellent dealer, perfect car. I am very happy all the way around and look forward to having my car serviced there-though it won't need much-perfect! More

This is the second new car we have purchased from Phil at Lev Kia. Fair and honest dealings about the price, very upfront about what they could do, how they were doing it and why they could or couldn't do something. This is the only car dealership I have ever dealt with where I didn't feel like I got screwed somehow when I left. Definitely not your typical "slimy car salesmen." Truly a pleasure to work with, and the cars are great too. Would definitely go back again and recommend others to do so too. More
