I have purchased many cars but Bill and his team at Lev Kia were by far the friendliest and most accommodating folks I've dealt with in a very long time. I had a wonderful experience at Lev Kia in Framingham. There are two other Kia dealerships that are closer to where I live, but I went to Lev because Phil responded right away to my email inquiry, and in There are two other Kia dealerships that are closer to where I live, but I went to Lev because Phil responded right away to my email inquiry, and in a way that made me feel that he genuinely wanted to help me, not just sell me a car. We went there on a Thursday evening and by the time we got there; they were only an hour or so from closing. I test drove at least 4 Sorrentos and then changed my mind and asked to test drive a Sportage (which I ultimately bought). I also had my four-year old twin boys with me, who were less than patient about the whole experience! (so, I probably wasn’t the favorite customer that day!). The guys in the showroom never made us feel that we were taking too much time, or that our kids were irritating. (In fact Burt gave us the ultimate parent compliment; that our kids were very well behaved!). Phil was extremely courteous and helpful, answered all of our questions and offered no pressure at all. In general, I hate buying cars! (I have bought at least 6 cars over the years, from all different dealers and most were not good experiences). But Phil made it very easy and comfortable, that I actually enjoyed the whole experience. Burt was also very helpful and straightforward, and very comfortable to talk to. They all made it very easy and fun! I will be going back to them for my next Kia, although I love my Sportage so much, I can’t imagine parting with it, so it might be a while! I have been recommending them to everyone I know, and sharing my story and my experience. Go to Lev Kia, they are the best. More
Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Lev Kia. The sales people were upfront and honest. The management sits on the floor to eliminate backroom "manager" meetings. I flew 900 miles to hopefully buy a vehicle that was listed online. Ken told me the condition and price. He did not prove to be wrong. The truck was in great condition and exactly what I wanted. Gerry Cimino processed the financial aspects of the transaction very smoothly and that made it a lot easier for my wife and me. As a matter of fact, I bought a new car from Lev Kia in October,2011. It was my first experience buying a car from Lev and I was so impressed that I convinced my wife to also buy her car there. I dealt with Phil and Gerry then too, so obviously I was very pleased, and my wife feels as I do. More
Tony and the whole Lev Kia crew were incredibly friendly and willing to help in any which way they could. If I was at all walking about for more than 15 seconds, someone came up to me to introduce themselve and willing to help in any which way they could. Twice before finalizing the car, I needed to be taken to or picked up from the T station as I live closer to the city. WIthout having to ask, I was offered a ride whenever needed. Everything was made so convenient! Tony made sure I knew all the bells and whistles on the new car so that I could best take advantage of all its features-- which I have been so happily doing ever since. Love my new Kia Soul and the experience at Lev Kia couldn't have been better. May have even turned me into a lifetime kia owner... More

Ken Russian was very knowledgeable. A nice surprise--he was helpful, attentive to my needs, patient, and willing to explore options. Not at all the "pushy" salesman! Gerry Cimino, who I saw briefly with my financial closing, had a nice demeanor. He quickly went over the same financials on the computer, everything was "in order", and he personally brought me to the service department for introductions. Then he went ASAP to expedite my registration. A few days later, Warren was ready with my registration and inspection service. He was prompt, friendly, and willing to answer other questions on my 2012 Kia Soul. Helpful, friendly, and informative--my initial experience at this dealership. Call or come by again with any questions...super to hear that invitation as the customer! I believe that their "after sales" attention would be equally as helpful. More

I hate buying a car. Generally, it takes about two to three weeks to purchase a car, going through the process of sorting through the dealerships, checking online. This time I visited two dealer ships a three weeks to purchase a car, going through the process of sorting through the dealerships, checking online. This time I visited two dealer ships and then went to Kev Kia. I met Phil Ohanian. He wanted my email address, at first I said NO. Then he explained why he needed it. So I relented and indicated that I did not want to be contacted about asking me to come in again to talk about a purchase. The only email I received from him was a thank you for the visit, nothing else. That was his first good step. I did return to look at a car and then walked away again; there was no pressure, no calls, and no emails. That was his second good step. Upon my next visit, I went for a ride, took the car to my mechanic, returned and purchased the car. This was my decision, not the dealers relentless pushing me. That’s how to sell a car. Phil let me do just that. I would highly recommend Phil and Lev Kia to anyone. This was the best car buying experience I have EVER had. Thank you Phil. More
