If they lure you in for a trade-in, don't fall for it! !! BEWARE! After I posted our vehicle for sale on the online marketplace we were contacted by a woman, Jodi, allegedly works for this dealer. The veh !! BEWARE! After I posted our vehicle for sale on the online marketplace we were contacted by a woman, Jodi, allegedly works for this dealer. The vehicle was posted for $38k and she, without any questions and hesitation, said they would do $36k. I respectfully declined. Then after a few days we finally agreed on making it a $37k offer. Lo and behold, we drove an hour to get to the dealership. We were ignored for more than an hour after the appraisal was done. Then one of the managers meets us outside and lowballs us, starts with 6k lower than what we were promised. Then goes up to the highest offer, which was still $1500 less than what was promised. According to the salesman who did the appraisal everything checked out. So, after wasting 2 hours at the dealership, and adding 2 hour commute to our Sunday off day was ruined. 4 hours out the window, let alone we asked our friend to come by to give us a ride back. What a bunch of liars. Jay was his name I think, the sales manager. Stay away from this place. They don't treat their employees well, I don't think they treat anyone else any better! More
