Very nice Not Pushy salesman. The prices seemed very fair compared to other places so no need to haggle with the sales person. We definitely will go back. compared to other places so no need to haggle with the sales person. We definitely will go back. More

Awesome selection of EVs I was really impressed with how many pre-owned EVs the LA Auto Exchange have. There were several of each: Nissan Leaf, Fiat 500e, Chevy Bolt. There wa I was really impressed with how many pre-owned EVs the LA Auto Exchange have. There were several of each: Nissan Leaf, Fiat 500e, Chevy Bolt. There was even a Toyota Mirai (fuel cell). The sales people were admittedly not experts on EVs, but I believe that is because they only recently started stocking up on pre-owned EVs. Overall, the experience was smooth and painless. Although, I wish they had been open to price negotation. More

Horrible Dealership!!!! Liars, thieves and ILLEGAL practices! DO NOT PAY the $995.00 dealership fee they will attempt to ADD to the vehicle purchase price as ITS ILLEGAL to do such in the State of Cal practices! DO NOT PAY the $995.00 dealership fee they will attempt to ADD to the vehicle purchase price as ITS ILLEGAL to do such in the State of California under California Code 11713.1. AGAIN, DO NOT PAY THE DEALERSHIP FEE or made-up fees thereafter. THE DETAILS: As an out-of-state buyers, I wanted to buy an SUV with cash at the price they advised WITHOUT negotiating for a lower price as it was fair. Instead, the dealership was irritated at my mention of cash and instead ADDED a dealership fee of $995 plus additional misc. fees unexplained. When I challenged the salesmen about such ... I was referred to the manager named Albert. Upon, my discussion with Albert, I informed him that the practice of dealership fees is ILLEGAL in California, quickly he changed his story and agreed to immediately remove the fee and resent a final price quote. He then stated that I needed to pay a nonrefundable fee of $1000.00 and he couldn't hold the car until the weekend had concluded. I was a cash buyer willing to fly from Georgia to California to buy their vehicle and yet this dealerships greed got in the way! The moral of the story ... they are not interested in customers but only transactions. BAD DEALERSHIP! More
"Stay far away from this dealer - crooks!" Audi LA Auto Exchange Review These guys are really bad news. Don’t go anywhere near LA Auto Exchange. Unethical, liars at best. Even worse int Audi LA Auto Exchange Review These guys are really bad news. Don’t go anywhere near LA Auto Exchange. Unethical, liars at best. Even worse intent in my opinion - keeping funds offered as a deposit on a sale, then never delivering the car. I negotiated with LA Auto Exchange for a couple of days to purchase a 2015 Audi Q7. I reside in Utah, We came to an agreement, and I was told if I forwarded a copy of an airline ticket to LA they would take the car off the market/hold it for me until I could overnight a deposit check in the amount of $5,000. I forwarded a copy of the ticket, and the FedEx tracking number for the deposit check. They sent me an Offer To Purchase with all the costs/total for the deal, showing the $5,000 deposit subtracted out and the balance due when I arrived in LA, and a separate text informing me the car had been taken off the market and was being held for me. 24 hrs. later, when the Cashier’s Check was well on the way, I got a text from LA Auto Exchange telling me the car had been sold to someone else and they were sorry. I have no doubt the timing was planned to get the deposit check, keep it, and never deliver the car. My experience with this miserable excuse for a business cost me $400 for 2 airline tickets, $55 to overnight the check, and $25 for the Cashier’s Check. Fortunately, I was able to get FedEx to stop the package a couple of hours before it was to be delivered. This is the type of used car dealer that gives the industry such a bad name, makes it the butt of jokes. Honest, ethical dealers should do what they can to shut this operation down. I will post this review on as many relevant web/review sites as I can find. I will also file a complaint with the local Better Business Bureau and the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department. If you read this, pass the word. And please don’t make the mistake I did. Walter Fuller More
Very poor service. No follow up with Customer concerns. I didn't have a good experience with buying a car at LA Auto Exchange. I went there and purchased a specific car that was advertised on cargurus. When I didn't have a good experience with buying a car at LA Auto Exchange. I went there and purchased a specific car that was advertised on cargurus. When I called about the car I was told it wasn't on the lot yet and I would get a call back as soon as it arrived. I didn't receive a call back after a few days so started calling them each day (I sensed things weren't well managed). I spoke with different sales persons each time as they appear to have lots of turnover and part-time sales people. On a call I made about a week after my first inquiry I was told the car had arrived that morning. I drove there the next day and purchased the car. The sales person misinformed me about when I would receive the DMV tags and they didn't even file the DMV paperwork till a month after I purchased the car. The sales person didn't put all the sales paperwork in the glove box as He said he would so I've been calling them for over 2 months and still haven't received the paperwork. They also said they would help financially with a second car key since they only had one and that hasn't materialized. Mind you there lack of follow up is with the understanding I needed another car and buying there a second time was dependent on their action here. I'm a cash buyer. I'll be looking else where in the future. More
Don't buy from this dealer BUYERS BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE @- Check their BBB rating (it's a D-) and notice that the dealer only posts 5 star reviews on their own site. I bought BUYERS BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE @- Check their BBB rating (it's a D-) and notice that the dealer only posts 5 star reviews on their own site. I bought a 2014 Toyota Prius on May 15th 2018, only to discover when trying to use the A/C that it did not work. Who sells a car without A/C? Gus asked us to bring the car back and said they would take care of it, and it was likely that the car needed a freon charge becasue it had been sitting on the lot. We brought it back, waited half a day for them to say that it was a freon issue, and that there was a possible radiator issue. They "did not have time" to look at it that day, and asked us to bring it back assuring us they would take care of it. Brought the car back a 3rd time, waited all day. Gus comes out and says, the repairs will be $700 and we've "Already lost too much money on the car" you'll have to pay for the repairs. At this point we had noticed a few things about the car/dealership. They had replaced the back tail light with a light from a different model because it was cheaper and they had only given me one key at the end of the transaction, when I asked they said "Car only comes with one key". I wrote a formal complaint to the dealership, I received a return call from "Junior" who said why don't you bring the car back? I explained that we had made 3 trips to the dealer and that I had no trust that they would safely repair the car. I explained that I wanted a certified Toyota dealer to look over the car to diagnose what was really happening. Junior said "don't bring it to Toyota, the parts are to expensive. Not once did they apologize nor did a manager even get involved. Bottom line I told the dealer I was getting the repairs completed, gave them weeks to work with me and a deadline to pay the invoice from Toyota. I spent $2500 to get the A/C and radiator in safe working condition. Do your homework, this dealer has been sued by a lemon law lawyer, they don't respond to BBB complaints, they only post 5 star reviews on their own site. Ask a ton of questions ahead of time, there are some very reputable Independent Auto dealers out there who will do the right thing. This store is what gives dealers a bad name. More
