This dealership wants you to buy from them and they will do whatever they can in order to make it happen. I could tell from being there for a short time that everyone wanted to be there, they all seemed happy and truly enjoying their jobs which is much different than most automotive sales people. My experience with Andy Kang totally exceeded my expectations. We were invited to the dealership to see the vehicle, he made small talk and was never pushy or made us have the “awkward car buying experience”, he was genuine and understanding throughout the entire process. We actually were not going to purchase as we thought we may have bit off more than we could chew. Derek Mann then called and asked what he could do to make this happen for us, he then went to work and made us a great deal! When we arrived at the dealership to purchase the vehicle, he sprung an additional surprise on us by finding us an amazing interest rate that reduced our payment even more. Kyner’s is where you need to visit to receive top-notch customer service, great vehicle selection and a true family dealership feel! More

Excellent experience with Kyner's! Initially I had gone to a big name dealer in Gettysburg to buy my next vehicle. I knew what car I wanted, it was just a matter of getting it at the ri Initially I had gone to a big name dealer in Gettysburg to buy my next vehicle. I knew what car I wanted, it was just a matter of getting it at the right price. The experience at the big dealer was not good. Very high pressure, "buy it today" kind of place. Spent 3 hours negotiating to only walk out of the dealer unsatisfied. So I took a chance and went to Kyner's 15 minutes before they closed the next day. My sales guy, Andy, was awesome enough to let me take the car out on a test drive that night. Made an appointment for a few days later to negotiate and walked away over the moon with my purchase. I purchased a better quality car at a much lower price than was to be found elsewhere. Couldn't be happier with my choice to go up to Kyner's. More
