Easy buying experience! My wife and I visited Kuni Auto Center to look at a specific car. We were greeted by Steve who offered a test ride. It was later in the day and we were the last customers at the dealer. I went back in the following day to ask a question about the car and was again welcomed by Steve. Answered the question and has provided excellent follow up on making sure we are happy and everything is right. Kelly Blue Book offers to share car information with local dealers, and I received an email from Sean Pierce, Kuni’s Acquisition Specialist. Even though Sean knew I hadn’t made the decision to sell my car, I was impressed with his friendly, straightforward communication. When I DID decide to sell, Sean was very professional and thoughtful. Ryon Johnson was equally as professional and just as nice. Sean and Ryon are low key, and I mean that in the nicest way possible. They were both respectful of my silly attachment to my car, and the sales transaction was thorough and efficient. I am not planning on purchasing a replacement car, but if I change my mind, Kuni will be the first place I visit. Between John and Ryon they took care of me, and made me feel like they were interested in getting me the best car for my money. They have good prices so very little negotiation needed. I would also add Ben helped with my loan and was fast and friendly. The day I picked up the car, I was in and out in just over an hour you can't beat that. Overall I would say these folks are honest good people and I would return again if they had the car I was looking for. Thanks again to the team at Kuni auto center! More
