Very poor car inspection I just purchased a used 2011 Mustang Shelby GT 500 from this dealership. I paid over $30,000 cash for this car. After getting it home and driving it f I just purchased a used 2011 Mustang Shelby GT 500 from this dealership. I paid over $30,000 cash for this car. After getting it home and driving it for 2 days, I find out that the drivers side catalytic converter has failed, it has an electrical short in the license plate light an the interior map light. Plus it has no spare tire, jack or lug wrench. I contacted them about these issues and after a day the general manager contacted me back. His attitude was I should have noticed these issues at delivery. He said he was going to research the problems and get back to me I still have heard back from him. These repairs will probably cost me another $2500.00 . And on top of that, I took the car to a Ford dealer an they suspect the wrong oil was put in the engine and could ruin it. The cost of this engine is $18000.00. I'm am having a oil analysis done. Be careful if you buy from this dealer! More

Un happy customer I recently bought a vehicle there and after it was supposed to be inspected they gave it back to me with a dead battery! I was never reimbursed for the purchase of a new battery nor was I ever reimbursed for the deq fee that I was supposed to get back. Brandon said a manager would get back with me and that’s been almost 2, months now! I sent them a letter with receipts and still no response. They also sent me home with no trip permit which I had to come back for. Not happy with them at all More
