Best car buying experience ever! I went to Kuni Auto after reviewing their inventory on line. It was the best car buying decision I have made throughout all my life (68 years!). Ori I went to Kuni Auto after reviewing their inventory on line. It was the best car buying decision I have made throughout all my life (68 years!). Originally I was helped by Eric Laursen who took the time to really listen to me as I explained my budget and the type of car I would like to buy. Unlike my experiences elsewhere, he did not try to talk me into one I could not afford or one I would not be completely satisfied with. I got the feeling he was more interested in helping me find just the right car that I would love and would suit my needs than in any sales commission he may or may not make. When he selected the VW Jetta and we went for a test drive I was sold. It was so clear and in such good condition it was like driving a new car. Eric was promoted then and Ben Hendrix stepped in to finish the sale. Ben continued with the same dedication and I ended up driving away in my new Jetta, having received an excellent trade in value on the car I had and an excellent price on the Jetta. It was the first time I ever walked away from buying a car feeling like I was the winner, not the dealership. They have a 48 hour policy that lets you return the car if you decide you don't like it and they will take it back without pressuring you to keep it. Actually, there was no pressure at all only knowledgeable information and freedom to make your own decision. They even filled the gas (or in my case diesel) tank. THANKS KUNI AUTO! And thank you so very much Eric Laursen and Ben Hendrix, you two are the BEST! More

Instead, Ben encouraged us to find the quality within each car to weigh our decision. He was knowledgable about each car on the lot, including being upfront and forthright about each cars history. He had a pleasant personality to boot. When we made our choice of which car to buy he had us set up with the cheapest insurance quotes before we drove off the lot. The detailers had gone home for the night, so he took it upon himself to detail our car personally before we left. Overall, I could not be more satisfied with our Mini Cooper or with Ben as our sales person. Thank you Kuni Motors and thank you Ben Hendrix. Job well done. More

I bought a lexus es350 from them in Dec 18. The sales guy, John was very professional. We got a fair price for the car. When we got home, we noticed that the floor mats and manual were missing. I called them and they said the car did not come with it. Alright. I can always get floor mats and manual from ebay. John calls me back later and said they will make it right and get me those missing items. I thought that was cool and the right thing to do to make a client happy. They only slightly negative thing was that my temp tag runs out on Jan 8. When I called Kuni, a guy named Jeffry or Jerry said I may need to go to my DMV and get another trip permit which Kuni can not reimburse me for it. I thought that was not good customer service at all. I hope I don't get pulled over and given a ticket, but if I do, I will sent them the bill. More
My wife and I went to the Kuni AutoCenter to purchase a vehicle my wife had seen on line. We were pleasantly met at the door with the vehicle already running. Merry, our sales woman, was extremely friendly and informative. We went on a test drive, even on Hwy 26 to see how the vehicle handled at higher speeds. When we explained to Merry that Jarod, the internet salesman, had given my wife a sales price through their texting that was lower than the price she was initially quoting, she checked with Cedric, the sales manager, and was able to quickly offer us that car at the price we were anticipating. I was pleasantly surprised how easy Dennis, the finance manager, made the finance process. Dennis explained all the warranty and coverage items for the vehicle we purchased, and was very understanding on the items we declined to accept. The vehicle purchase was so pleasant, that I would definitely check out the inventory of this dealership when I need another vehicle. More
I hadn't planned on wasting any more of my time on Kuni Auto Center but after today I have decided it's best to caution others about this dealership, the salesmen and management. I purchased a car at the end of October and had to bring it back not two days later because it was leaking oil (with only 35K!). The salesman had printed me out their inspection list which said it passed with no oil leaks, hmm.. The service center gave me a roundabout defense and I was told to keep an eye on it but that they believed it wasn't actually leaking, just left over oil from when they did the oil change. OK fine.... I leave the dealership and notice the headliner was soaked! They had washed the car and lucky for me this made the sunroof leak noticeable. I turned the car around and brought it back ready to return it for good. But they talked me into letting them keep it for the weekend and look at it. Didn't hear from them, so I stopped in that next Monday afternoon....OH "the key was lost" and we're waiting on a locksmith....I was furious. I bought a $20K + car and hadn't even been able to drive it but once. This all happened in about a 3-4 day time span. I told them to take it back. Yet then I find out they had already put the loan through to my credit union and now 3 weeks later my bank is still waiting on their refund check. This place only cares about making money, they don't care about the shape of the car or the happiness of their customer. Glad I was able to return this car, I ended up buying from Speed Sports and had a great experience with them. I'm writing this post now because I called Kuni yesterday to find out why my bank hadn't received a check yet, they never returned my call. I called again today and got a "we don't give a xxxx" type of reply but that corporate had supposedly cut the check yesterday!! Three weeks later....wow! Not a good way to do business Kuni! More
