I had emailed him a few questions about the car & he responded really quick answering all my questions. When I arrived at the dealership he took me over to the car & took the time to really show me everything this vehicle had to offer. I fell in love with the Lexus RX350, it was perfect & I took it home that evening to show my husband. Ben knew my previous car buying experience was horrible & how I really didn't want to deal with anyone else but him, the next day was supposed to be his day off but he came in so I could work specifically with him through the purchasing process. Everything went so smooth & we unexpectedly ended up trading in our honda because they offered us such a great deal! They valued my trade within about 5 min, we cut a deal within about $500 off the deal I asked for, and there was no pressure in the business office. I was also pleased to know that since the owner passed away, he left a directive in his will that requires the dealership to donate a very large portion of profits (seemed like half) to many charities. How cool is that!! More
Can not be trusted Very, Very bad experience. Salesman told me that all their cars came with a 30 day 3000 mile powertrain warranty. I drove down from Battle Ground to l Very, Very bad experience. Salesman told me that all their cars came with a 30 day 3000 mile powertrain warranty. I drove down from Battle Ground to look at a car, test drove it and it was ok but we were worried about the timing belt. The salesman assured me there was no risk because of their 30 day 3000 mile warranty, etc etc. but we asked to look at another car near our budget of $4000.. He brought up a 2005 Kia Sportage. We liked it right from the start but it was almost $7000. We took it for a test drive and he gave us the same speel about the 30 day, 3000 mile warranty, we negotiated some and got down to $6900. out the door. We told him we had to check on our finances and would get back to him. As soon as I got home we called him and we settle on $6600 cash. We had to give him our credit card and authorize him to charge a $1000. deposit on it. all set all done?? Not a chance. When we go in with the $5600 cash balance the next morning and ask that they add a notation on the receipt, everybody starts looking at each other. They say the car does not qualify because it has 3000 miles more on it than their insurance company allows, oh, by the way they say, this is one of their wholesale cars, which they had failed to tell me, and "didn't their salesman show me the shop ticket that showed everything that they found that needed to be done to the car. I feel that they lied to me and then refused to stand behind what we had been told. Needless to say, I told them if they couldn't stand behind what their sales man told them, they could keep the car. The price was right, it's just a matter of integrity, and it was missing there. I have dealt with Kuni Lexus, we have bought 2 Lexus from them and they are stand up, however, in my opinion, Kuni Auto center is not much better than some of the crooked dealers down on 82ND. I'm sorry, I get so irritated with big outfits that try to screw you and you have no recourse. More

Surprised in not the best possible way. When we first contacted the dealership Melissa was amazing. A great contact person. On point and forthcoming, charming to deal with. We had concerns, three issues, that needed to be addressed before we would accept delivery. So we left the car there for the repairs after we handed over our check for our cash purchase. And then customer care seemed to fall apart. We bought the car on a Friday. We expected to be notified of an eta of repair completion once the parts were ordered. There was no call. By Wednesday we were frustrated and contacted the dealership. Daniel jumped on the situation and made inquiries. He chased down answers within the hour (impressive!). He would personally deliver our car on Friday. Saturday morning we ran an errand in the car, unfortunately we discovered it still pulls to the right on braking. This was one of the things that was supposed to be corrected.... sigh. We were surprised by the fact the car had not been washed or detailed before delivery. After handing over ten thousand dollars we expected to receive our car clean and shiny, wouldn't you? The sales side of the house did their best. The service side has failed. Since we purchased the Silver warrantee we will have to look for a local Subaru dealer and see if their service center does better at customer care. More
