Took care of me all the way through the buying process I came in looking at a few cars and immediately was met at the door by John Geer who asked if I needed any refreshments or anything. Fantastic, persistent help! We have been looking for an electric vehicle for years. We told the sales person, John Geer, and though he didn't have anything, he would keep an eye We have been looking for an electric vehicle for years. We told the sales person, John Geer, and though he didn't have anything, he would keep an eye out. Some weeks later, John called with an electric Rav4. We went and test drove it, fell in love, and then realized it was out of our price range. That vehicle dropped in price a few times and John called us each time. Finally, he called to say it had been sold. :( A few days later, he called once more to say the buyer had returned the Rav4. John also said Kuni wanted to move it and what would we pay for it. After some consultation between my wife and I, we came back with a number and let John know. The next day we were in his office closing the deal John never missed a single opportunity to keep us informed, WITHOUT BEING PUSHY. Overall it was a fabulous experience largely because of John. And we LOVE our little electric Rav4! More
