I was able to text him questions when I was trying to make up my mind, and he responded very quickly. The time I spent at the dealer was minimal after I decided which car I was going to get, but Ben was very apologetic about the short wait. I never felt pressured, and when I noticed a cosmetic defect in the paint before I purchased it, they offered to have it fixed. I love my new (used) car, and I had a very easy time buying it! More
