Ben clearly enjoys his job and wants to make the car buying experience fun for his clients. I appreciate when people are passionate about the work they do. We walked around the lot and I got to pick out what I liked. Then, Ben grabbed some keys and after sitting in a handful of cars and getting a feel for them, I picked my top three favorites. Ben never judged and encouraged me to think about what I needed the car for, what I liked in a car, and what felt right. He made recommendations based on my needs. Willie was helpful and masterful in finance. He was honest and I appreciate that. My only complaint is that my needs (car payment maximum) clearly wasn't communicated from Ben to Willie and the first few rounds left us way off the mark in terms of what I could afford. This left me feeling frustrated, but in the end Ben, Willie, and I found a deal (that included one of my top three picks) that worked with my budget and I left with a car I enjoy. Overall, it was a positive experience and I would use and recommend Kuni Auto Center. More

I bought almost a $25000 truck .it was certified by the dealer in the first oil change ford dicover and oil leak in the rear main seal and ford said i I bought almost a $25000 truck .it was certified by the dealer in the first oil change ford dicover and oil leak in the rear main seal and ford said it was a $1200 repair I call the dealer to see if they could give me a better price and they told me that they couldn't work in my truck because I didn't get the extended warranty they offered me at the time of the purchase. I have another vehicle that was certified by gresham toyota and the dealer to care of my car for 2 years with no excuses obviously the certified word has a different meaning depending in what dealer is used .for kuni auto center they just give you a warranty for the motor train that doesn't cover a bunch of things and after you walk out the door they don't want to see you again More

Low pressure sales experience I worked with Marcus Williams on purchasing a used Subaru Outback. He was a pleasure to work with.
