The Best Vehicle Buying Experience We've Had We put a lot of effort into identifying what we wanted on a new Ram truck and then worked hard to find the best deal. Pete Smith was the only sales person able to locate a truck with nearly everything we wanted and brought it to his dealership. He then provided easy to understand pricing information. It ended up taking us about a month before we could finally carry through and buy the truck. During this time Pete kept in contact occasionally but was never a nag and never gave us a hard sell. When we were finally ready to buy, we negotiated the final price with Travis Prowant. In the past with other auto dealers, the "closer" always pulled all kinds of bs including lying and big-time pressure. It felt like an honest business process when we negotiated the final price and closed the deal with Travis. Overall. it was the best experience we've had purchasing a vehicle. More
