I love the car and I feel like I got a decent deal on the price. With that said I told the salesman and the finance guy that I had my financing arranged and that I didn't need or want them to apply for anyth price. Then while sitting waiting on the paperwork to be drawn up the salesman starts asking about my work and income etc. All of the basic information that you need to apply for financing. I stopped him and asked why he needed this information because I wasn't applying for financing through them. He said that Mike the finance guy had told him to get all of my information. He was planning on running a fiance application for me, with the bank I had told him I already had the loan arranged with. When I complained about this to the business manager he gave me a story about how he was, "probably trying to get me a better deal with a different lender." I never gave permission for them to apply for anything. In fact I told them not to, then had to stop them from trying. I like the car, and as I said I think I got an okay deal. I will never let these people near my financial information however. More

They actually assisted us in getting our loan for a car versus not even trying to work with what we could afford. They tried to help us as fast as they could with being short staffed on one end and the 201 versus not even trying to work with what we could afford. Cody Tucker, Alex and Anthony took great care of me explaining everything from costs and how much I would've saved, to parts and why was it necessary to replace them. Been to a few shops but these guys explaining everything from costs and how much I would've saved, to parts and why was it necessary to replace them. Been to a few shops but these guys are straightforward, no curveballs and surprises. I was lucky enough that they took very good care of me and they kept my activities going despite of my car issues. The sales staff have very little knowledge about vehicles they are selling. Also if you ask questions and they don't know the answers they may lie to sound knowledgeable and they don't know. Having been an auto mechanic for over 20 years when looking at a vehicle that had safety issues that needed to be repaired to be street legal the salesman blatantly lied saying that their safety checks showed that the vehicle was safe to be on the road.
