I am very pleased with the service, I was having issues with my Acadia denali and my regular GMC dealership couldn't get me in for a week. My son told me to call Kunes, they got my vehicle in right away fi with my Acadia denali and my regular GMC dealership couldn't get me in for a week. My son told me to call Kunes, they got my vehicle in right away fixed and serviced my vehicle. I was going to wait , but Gus said it was going to take awhile and offered me a loaner so I could run errands. I can't say enough positive things about my experience, pretty sure I have found a new dealership. Thank you, Debbie More

I purchased my vehicle back in June 2021, Bryan was helpful with the sale! Less than 24hrs after we got home with the vehicle, the backup camera went out. The receipt states that the camera wasn't broken but fixed for customer. We had an agreement with them that was NOT held on their part and it caused my bank acct to go negative. I contacted the Used Sales Manager Micheal on a Saturday. He said he would call me back Monday with an answer..... As usual here we are Wednesday the following week and NO PHONE CALL. Very unhappy with the dealership and can promise we won't be back. More
DO NOT buy from Kunes Cadillac of Belvidere! It was a horrible experience. After negotiation we bought the car $8,000 over sticker, for a 2021 Cadillac Escalade ESV Sport Platinum, and I put a deposit on horrible experience. After negotiation we bought the car $8,000 over sticker, for a 2021 Cadillac Escalade ESV Sport Platinum, and I put a deposit on it. After receiving the contract in the mail I signed it and sent it back. I called them multiple times to see when my car would arrive and no one would pick up. After the run-around, I finally got a hold of one of the sales managers Michael Miethke, who I had been dealing with due to the fact that the salesman Anthony Pirrello kept playing games with the numbers, and going back and forth. Michael then proceed in telling me that I was supposed to get a call from the general manager, Stephany Whitted (which I never did), to tell me that they had sold the vehicle to someone else behind my back, even though I had a deposit on it as well as a contract! They never called me to apologize or return my $5000 deposit. All three managers including: the general manager (Stephany Whitted), sales manager (Michael Miethke), and general sales manager (Matt Milla), were well aware that I was purchasing this vehicle and had a contract as well a deposit on it. Even my original salesman (Anthony Pirrello) congratulated me on my purchase. Word of advice, don’t waste your time purchasing a vehicle here, very unprofessional, and they enjoy wasting people’s time. Purchasing multiple brand new Cadillac Escalade ESV’s directly from the showroom floor in the past I did not expect to get this type of service from such an exquisite brand, especially being a long time customer! Furthermore, being a part of the General Motors (GM) family for over 25+ years, and owning many GMC Yukon XL Denalis, and Chevrolet Suburbans, I was very disappointed in this type of service! People should be aware of this and stay away from this dealer! More
