We did have some issues with communication on some accessory parts but he resolved them in a polite and expedient manner. The finance manager knew his stuff and got us in and out of the signing very quickly. The only thing I was getting a little annoyed with was that every department reminded us to complete their survey. It was pretty annoying and I told the front end manager that. It's okay to bring it up a few times but not at the level they did. I think they had a contest going on which is okay but please remember who your audience is and also remember they get annoyed easily when buying a new car. Would I recommend this dealer/salesman- yes. in the end he did a very nice job and I truly appreciated his service level at the close of the sale. More

Since I applied for the first time via the internet they were so helpful giving me a call the same day to figure out what was I interested in and let me say I never thought they could do so much just talking on the phone. I mean I did not even had to drive there and it felt as I was there with Mr. Cartwright face to face. That is how good service they have. The quality of work of this man and his team was the best I have had in years. The way he helped me with all the doubts I had about vehicles was so good because he did it in the most nicest way.
