I drove to Kunes to purchase my new 2013 Mustang GT convertible from Evansville IN which is about six hour away. Recommend because of the location and general selection. The salesman's follow-ups related some accessory details very good. We did have some issues with communication on some accessory parts but he resolved them in a polite and expedient manner. The finance manager knew his stuff and got us in and out of the signing very quickly. The only thing I was getting a little annoyed with was that every department reminded us to complete their survey. It was pretty annoying and I told the front end manager that. It's okay to bring it up a few times but not at the level they did. I think they had a contest going on which is okay but please remember who your audience is and also remember they get annoyed easily when buying a new car. Would I recommend this dealer/salesman- yes. in the end he did a very nice job and I truly appreciated his service level at the close of the sale. More
