The most honest and fair car salesman “Bob Heath" I've just purchased my 4th vehicle from the most honest and fair car salesman “Bob Heath” of Kunes Ford in Antioch IL. I truly consider myself lucky t I've just purchased my 4th vehicle from the most honest and fair car salesman “Bob Heath” of Kunes Ford in Antioch IL. I truly consider myself lucky to have made his acquaintance about 3 years ago. After I had tried many other dealers that where obviously trying to take advantage, offering me low trade in values and high sales prices I was about to give up. Then just by chance I walked into Kunes Ford and was greeted by Bob Heath and what a lucky day that was. I was shocked! The values that he put on my trade where even higher than I thought that they were worth. And it just got better and better. I was then offered by far the lowest price on the vehicle that I had been shopping for by thousands of dollars. Needless to say I bought. But it just gets better I always take my car to the dealer for its routine servicing and I have now come to believe that the fair and honest treatment that I had experienced from Bob was an actual company philosophy. The Guys in the service department are great! And it gets even better, recently I had been through a foreclosure on my home and my credit had suffered badly. Last week my wife’s transmission went out and the car was too old for a repair. I didn't hold out much hope on getting an auto loan but I thought what have I got to lose give Bob a call. I can happily report that Bob not only got us a loan but at a rate that was truly amazing. If it’s not too late to make a long story short if you are ever considering buying a new or used car or even service you would be a fool to go anywhere but Kunes Ford in Antioch. I believe the fair and honest treatment that I always receive is a Kunes company philosophy but ask for Bob Heath and then you tell me I’m exaggerating. More

All of them made this happen, from the time I started with email conversations with finding the car on the internet, being 1800 miles from home without the proper paperwork, they helped me get online and acquire the right paperwork, to financing it with poor credit. But I must say that Joe's personallity, salesmanship and product knowledge actually sold me my car. He was very freindly, took all my questions and my best freindls ribbing in stride. He was also very considerate of my lack of mobility and took care to make things easier for me. Not bad for only being at Kunes for a few months. Considering the fact that I have been in customer service/sales for over 22 years, that's a big compliment. Because I am very jaded as far as customer service/salesmanship goes. The best car buying experience of my 38 years. Horace Cartwright had a demeanor that was pleasant and relaxed. He also used tact and kindness when speaking to me. Horace Cartwright was the nicest car salesman I ever met. I respected the fact that while we were waiting to find out how much I would be approved for by the fianance department, he explained he was not sure how much I would be approved for. This is very important to me, because other dealerships were dishonest and would tell me I was approved for a new vehicle before I came in. He did not try to force me into buying something I was not interested in. I asked for good mpg, 4 doors, and low mileage. I also was concerned about my vehichle being past the warranty, so Horace and Scott in fianace worked on adding a warranty. The car is due to be inspected for the warranty company in 2 days, so I am under the impression the warranty will be valid for 2 years or 36,000 miles. Again adding the warranty showed Horace was listening to my concerns. Lastly, I was pleased at the response I got from Horace after I realized the interior of the car was not cleaned well or at all after I drove off. He apologized and said the porter would detail and clean the interior of the car when I would like to come in. He also said that he would share the blame and actually said "He should have inspected the interior." He showed accountability and gave me the response I was expecting. I am glad I came in to buy my car at Kunes Country Ford of Antioch and I am glad I met Horace Cartwright. More
