The worst experiance I've ever had at Kunes This was the 3rd car I have bought from Kunes and I wish hadn't. I will not go back there for a 4th. The George Bell was not willing to work with my payment range. When I said I'd had enough and was going to leave his manager Mark came over and offered a price I could work it. After that George was upset, but still wanted me to give him a great review. When I took my truck back for the bed liner and such. He rushed through my questions and concerns. When I pointed out that I was not told about the 3 levels of Xzilon, he stated that was what everyone was getting and that I needed it. I should have gone to the manager, but I didn't, my fault there. I've been emailing about getting the Ford survey so I can fill it out. The first survey I was sent was for finding and buying a car elsewhere. When I reply stating I had bought the car from them I did not hear back nor have I been sent the survey. More

Great Experience We had a great new car buying experience with Horace. I informed him I was looking for a Ford truck around $10,000 and was wanting to trade in my 2002 F150. He worked diligently to try and find me one. He always kept me informed of ones he had found but at the price I was looking for there just wasn't anything without high miles. I finally decided to up my price and they had on their lot an excellent 2010 F150. Max is always very friendly and courteous and he worked hard to get me into my new truck. He was never pushy and always let me have my breathing room so I could think things through and double check my financial situation. I also appreciate how friendly and helpful Mark Brougham was in working with me to get the deal I needed to make the purchase of my new truck a success. He made things work with my trade-in that brought the price into the range I was looking for. I also need to thank Tom Fohr who made the paperwork portion of signing for the financing go extremely smooth and quick, plus he helped my wife and I when we bought our 2011 Explorer, and that was a very smooth and enjoyable experience. As long as I live in the area I will always do my business with Kunes Country Ford in Antioch, IL. Everyone there is friendly and courteous and always willing to help in any way to meet your needs. So I ended up going across to the dodge dealer they ran my credit and I was approved on the first try for 0 % for 75 months. Now I have all these applications that they sent to different banks for the loan,and now I'm receiving all these letters of denial from all those banks thanks a lot. Needless to say I will never shop there again and will tell every one I know not to shop there. More
