Just WOW! I bought a new car Saturday December 20th and I can't believe the incredible service Kunes Ford provided. I emailed a price inquiry on Friday night at I bought a new car Saturday December 20th and I can't believe the incredible service Kunes Ford provided. I emailed a price inquiry on Friday night at 1058 pm and Steve answered at 1103 pm that he would provide options and call me Saturday morning, which he did. I told him what I wanted and the price and he came through big time! What a great experience to have, all said and done in under 3 hours. The entire team is outstanding! !! More

When I say, they work with all credit, they defini There are not many times I am left speechless, but dealing with Kunes Country, left me speechless. When I say, they work with all credit, they definitely do! I told Taylor on my initial phone call that I was dealing with credit that was shot down and wasn't even sure if she could help me. She let me know that she could and would help me, so we set up the appointment and I went Saturday, 12-13-14. I also let Taylor know, how recently in the past, I have set at dealerships for over 6 hours before I had someone tell me they can't help. Kunes Country and Taylor Bray HELPED. Taylor was upfront with me at all times, she listened to my wants and needs as if I had A1 credit and she put me in a great car, with a great car note and even a great interest rate. There are so many more ways I could state how great they were there and how they always kept me up to date with the process and made me feel at ease. I have told everyone about my experience and hope that they visit the car lot and I am sure there experience would be great just like mine. More

Consider buying a used car elsewhere The sales dept. was very good. the only issue we had is within 20 miles of driving off the lot we had issues with the used vehicle . Cruise and heat The sales dept. was very good. the only issue we had is within 20 miles of driving off the lot we had issues with the used vehicle . Cruise and heater motor quit working. This purchase was on a Saturday and car dealer closed on Sunday. Contacted salesman on Monday and after he turned it over to the management team they replied" will not fix, bought as is." I know buyer beware! We just purchased a used van last year from the Kunes country in Delevan Wi, It had some issues in the fist week and they had no issue in fixing the problem. So we thought the Antioch dealer would be as honorable. Not so much So after 44,000 dollars in used car purchases in the last 12 months from this dealership its" buyer beware" I would only recommend dealing with the Delevan Wi. dealer on a used car purchase. More

Great Experience! I have never stepped foot into this dealership before. They greeted me as if I have been a customer forever. On my first visit, I did find a car I lik I have never stepped foot into this dealership before. They greeted me as if I have been a customer forever. On my first visit, I did find a car I liked, but the pricing wasn't in my range. But Ken Grogan Jr. went above & beyond to look for a vehicle in my range. After a few other suggestions, he suggested an Escape. I never thought I would want one. I test drove it & it was a great little suv. Very peppy for a 4cyl and had everything I wanted inside & more. Luckily new incentives came out that were much more appealing to me, so we worked the deal. Wednesday is Ken's day off, but I needed to take the family to check out the new car. We ended up signing the papers and taking it that night. And those there made the transition seamless. Mark Broughman, Jesse Jaramillo & Jamie Hendrickson all helped transition me into my new escape. Thanks for treating me like a special longtime customer. it helps to make the whole car buying process so much easier. I will definitely tell anyone looking for a car to see your dealership for a great experience. More

We went on a few test drives and then we had to make a decision and there was no pressure, just the different car choices to consider. By the time we finally made a choice the dealership was closing and the whole team stayed so that we could drive our new car home that night. Then Rick sat outside in the car with my wife and explained all the cool features and how to use them. We would highly recommend Rick and the rest of the Kunes crew to our friends. More
