Bob at the Ford dealer was great. He had us come inside first and talk and deciphered our needs down to a couple of options. Let us test drive them both after he heated the cars us. He really wanted us to get the car that was best for us. The entire experience was excellent. I would highly recommend the dealership, they provide a warranty over and above Fords. And ask for Bob he the best. We ended up getting the Ford Flex and I couldnt be happier with it. Lots of room. More

I walked in with less than perfect credit, expecting very little, and was lucky enough to encounter Jon Castleman. Jon told me, as I have retold to many, "We aren't just trying to make the sale, we want to find the car that fits your needs as well as your budget. When you leave you are more than a customer, you're family." After my experience with both Jon and Tony (finance manager) I can honestly say Kunes is the only dealership that will treat you like family! More

Lastly when we were in the final stage of the purchase request JJ (finance) excellent gentlemen to work with in the ending process. He knew what our concerns were and honor them. Happy with the whole experience I was about to give up trying to find a Fusion I liked when I entered Kunes Country dealership. In general I do not like buying a car and hate car salesmen. I had already walked out of one dealership because of high pressure tactics. Travis Williams greeted me as I entered the door and took me on three test drives. He listened carefully during our first test drive and worked hard to find e the car I wanted. Travis was new and sometimes seemed as nervous as I was trying to make sure I felt comfortable buying this car. This was the fifth car I have bought from a dealer in almost 30 years of driving, but the first one where I don't feel I was ripped off. More
