At this point we were just beginning our search, so there were quite a few phone calls over a couple of weeks with questions on features, colors, etc. Jim always called us back right away with the answers. Finally, we were ready to come in to the dealership and look at the vehicles. Jim had my car all ready for me to test drive and after the drive, I was pleased with the car. My husband was looking for a truck, but they did not have the one he wanted on the lot, so Jim had it shipped in and it arrived the next afternoon. We traded our old car and truck in and the deal was done. Very little haggling about the prices, which we liked. Paperwork took about two hours, which I guess is about average for the purchase of two vehicles. Tom Fohr was very thorough and did not pressure us into buying a service plan. We even left with our new license plates. When we picked up the vehicles, Jim gave us a "tour" of how all the options worked. Overall, a very pleasant car/truck buying experience. We would definitely send people to Jim Novack and Kunes Country Ford. More

Buying a vehicle was an ordeal, uncomfortable, and one where I never left the lot with a positive feeling. Until now. I used the internet to search for vehicles and met Taylor Bray online. This led to a test drive and a refined search for a car. Taylor was able to find the perfect vehicle and offer generous incentives. The experience was easy, hassle and pressure free. I was able to communicate back and forth with emails and the odd phone call. Taylor represents the future of internet car sales, she will be there to answer your online questions and be there in person to provide quality 1:1 assistance. This has been the best car buying experience in my lifetime. After purchasing the car I was sent to Tom Fohr to sign the papers. He made the process easy and painless. We did appreciate that, as it added to the value of the deal when we decided to purchase a similar, newer model.
