Good at selling but after that forget it. Purchased a vehicle and while driving home I noticed every time I hit a small bump it would make knocking noises. I checked it at home and could tell that the ball joints were gone. I called the following day and brought it back the next. They told me it was the sway bar links (actual cost 15.00 each) and that it would cost 250.00. After being transferred to a sales manager they said they would do it for 50.00. I thought maybe I was incorrect and this is the problem so I approved even though I don't think being a day old that I should have paid anything. Evidently this is because I did not notice it on the test drive before I purchased it. Their repair did not fix the problem but I will take it somewhere since it seemed like a hassle for them anyhow. I would rather pay a lot more for a quality repair. They were also supposed to order specific floor mats since the car did not have any in it..... What I got was a cheap 20.00 pair of mats, not what originally came with the car. I was going to buy a truck in the next 3 months, guess they won't be getting my business. I'm very disappointed in having to take a car that was clearly sold with a slight issue to another dealer when it should have been taken care of in the 2 days after the sale. More

After taking my 2011 F-150 in with a lifter noise, Brake squeak, Transmission problems, etc. 4 days later they called and said all repairs had been c After taking my 2011 F-150 in with a lifter noise, Brake squeak, Transmission problems, etc. 4 days later they called and said all repairs had been completed. What a surprise when I picked up my vehicle, the lifter noise was still there, the trans was still slamming into gear and the brakes were still noise. All this for $1700.00, and nothing repaired. This place is a joke and I would never recommend their service to anybody. So if you feel like getting ripped- off this is the place to go. More

We were very specific on the vehicle and went over it repeatedly. When I arrived they told me it was a mistake knowing I was doing a cash deal. They would not work with me and they said my once in a lifetime offer was a Jeep they took in that night. If I wanted it I needed to put down money on the spot or pay in full to get the price Max and I had agreed to on the Expedition. This is a classic bait and switch and is illegal! I trusted these guys and they railroaded me. You want a review!!!!! More
