Got me a Brand Spanking New F-150 Walked in to look for a small car to replace my daily driver for work. The salesman was more knowledgeable than most by far. Held and easy conversation and with in a few minutes had a few cars in stock (hate ordering vehicles) to look at. After talking with work i threw a curve ball at the salesman, moving from a little hatchback to a full size truck to meet new work duties. By the end of day he responded with in stock and local options. The salesman, sales manager and finance manager were all very nice to work with. My vehicles are a mobile office, conference room, and dining room table for me. So, Kunes deferentially had some added value as a dealership to me with the power train coverage and free rental car when work is being done on my truck. in short, price was decent, people are easy to talk to with little felt pressure and the service dept is been pretty good. More

I didn't feel the pressure of the dealership, and could deal at my own speed and time. I could also do research on line after deals were presented. I also got lucky and was dealing with a gentlemen (Jamie) who presented himself as low pressure. He listened to me and my remarks, tried his best to give me exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted to be at. He offered other options in vehicles that met my price, but came back to my request and got me a good deal. I learned later that he was a "Veteran" and I'm a "Veteran" so I appreciated his service.. Kunes sounds like a great dealership. I will have to visit them soon. More

He took the time to get us the right vehicles to test drive, took the time to explain the car's features, and also made sure we got the right vehicle for us. The only negative was not having our final copy of our sales agreement before we got to the dealer. A few of the numbers were different than we expected, so it would have been nice to have seen them ahead of time. Overall, though, we had a very good experience. More
