I recently just bought a 2016 ford fusion titanium from Kunes Country Ford in Antioch and talked to jon Castleman how was by far the best salesman I h I recently just bought a 2016 ford fusion titanium from Kunes Country Ford in Antioch and talked to jon Castleman how was by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with, I called Jon about a car I was looking for that he did not have on his lot, he looked at his inventory, which is huge I found out they have around 24 stores that are all connected with each other, after looking at his inventory he found my exact car that I wanted and had it shipped down from somewhere in Wisconsin. After he found it he did everything possible to get me to where I wanted to be in price, monthly payments, and satisfaction overall, the financial team was the best I have seen as well on the phones and talking to various banks to get me the lowest possible apr I could get, very impressed. All I have to say is this was the best car buying experience I have ever had and now I am a proud first new car owner of a 2016 for fusion titanium thank you so much Jon Castleman and everyone at Kune Country Ford, you guys are literally the best around I will be sending anyone I know who is looking for a car to them, that's how impressed and good they are. I have HORRIBLE credit and made the mistake of applying for credit online to one of those places that sends it to 30banks and I totally got screwed because I did that. My trade in was horrible, owed more than what it was worth, but these guys took ALOT of time and negotiating to get me a loan, a DECENT loan on a newer car with low miles. No sales pitches were thrown my way, just good honest talk. My mom bought from Kunes several years ago and told me to go here first and of course I didn't listen, I should have and not done the online route. They helped me out in every single way and helped in ways most dealerships would never do. Everyone here is friendly helpful and nice. Nothing wrong with coming in here and giving them a try, like I said before, I highly recommend Tracy! More
