Amazing Best thing about the Kunes Country group of Antioch, EVERYTHING!!!! Within minutes they found the right vehicle I was looking for. Unfortunately, i Best thing about the Kunes Country group of Antioch, EVERYTHING!!!! Within minutes they found the right vehicle I was looking for. Unfortunately, it was not something they had in their stock. However, in a timely fashion they brought it over to my store in Antioch. Shortly after test driving the vehicle, I just knew it was meant to be! Within a reasonable time frame I was qualified and on my way home with the new purchase. Quick and Easy I came in wanting to test drive a specific F-150, it sold earlier that morning :( Jesus quickly recognized what I was looking for and was able to get I came in wanting to test drive a specific F-150, it sold earlier that morning :( Jesus quickly recognized what I was looking for and was able to get me in a similar vehicle to test drive. Because the F-150 I wanted wasn't at the dealership didn't stop him, within 10 minutes of returning from the test drive, he located a truck that had everything I wanted!! I was out the door with a GREAT deal in no time flat!! Kunes Ford got my new truck to their store in just 2 day and got in and out of Financing with Mark the quickest ever!! More

Kunes Country Ford of Antioch I went to Kunes Country Ford of Antioch after talking to another Ford dealership that I was having some issues getting good answers from. I felt so ha I went to Kunes Country Ford of Antioch after talking to another Ford dealership that I was having some issues getting good answers from. I felt so happy and comfortable here. The guys made sure I felt taken care of and was happy with my purchase. They were very reassuring and made sure to keep my updated while I was waiting to see if I was approved for my vehicle. Bought my second car from them two days ago Kune's Country Ford bailed me out of a jam in 2012 after my car was totaled in an accident and I didn't have much money or credit with a great deal on Kune's Country Ford bailed me out of a jam in 2012 after my car was totaled in an accident and I didn't have much money or credit with a great deal on a 2010 Fusion. I traded that car in for an amazing deal that I probably didn't deserve just two days ago and am now happily driving a gorgeous 2016 Explorer, which is much safer for my kids and loaded with features. They took the time to put together a deal with a payment that was where I needed it to be, meanwhile the staff was extremely cheerful and playful with my 2 year old daughter. I'm a professional salesperson, so I can usually smell the sales pitch coming, but in two trips to Kunes, I've never once been "sold" by the staff - instead, they focus on solutions for me and my family, not sales, and that is why they have earned the right to my business before anyone else. My sales rep, Jesus Cardoza, was patient, understanding, and real - meaning he clearly wasn't putting on a show to get my to bite on a car I didn't want, and he helped steer me away from the more-expensive options I was considering to a great model with a ton of features that started $15k less. It's not easy to say you have a guy and a dealer when it comes to cars, but I do and I strongly urge anyone in the market for a Ford to give them a shot. More

The auto buying experience usaually gets a bad rap...My experience couldn.t have been more pleasent..I was working with sales professional Jason Rice..which was such as relaxed atmosphere it seeemed I was talking to an old friend..ie: no pressure..nothing even remotely close to the stigma attached to car buying. Yes...my purchase is complete but when I'm in the area of Kunes Country Ford I'll definitely stop by to Hi to Jason for sure! More

I recently when to to this dealership and Jesus Dardoza and Phil the title fits them well "Sales Professional" everything from start to finish was eas I recently when to to this dealership and Jesus Dardoza and Phil the title fits them well "Sales Professional" everything from start to finish was easy and smooth every question i ask they answer , i'm blessed to have work with both of these guys i drove 48 miles to this dealership they'll work with you take the time no pressure just relax and easy. My explorer wasn't there it was at another location came back the next day and it was here, even though we had a snow storm they clean it up very very well both guys treated me so good i wish i could meet these guys earlier.
