Every curve ball I threw at him, he ran with and then some, because his focus was me, not selling a car. I am a rather demanding consumer when it comes to auto purchases, and Jesus cheerfully took on these challenges, in order to serve me, which is quiet a refreshing change of pace at a car dealership. Here is a great example; when I arrived (from out of state) to inspect and take possession of the car, I started the engine which had a small squeak to it. We both concluded it was the serpentine belt and before I knew it, he was getting it replaced, right then and there. I will certainly seek Jesus out for my next purchase. He masterfully built a relationship with me, "the customer" and displayed servant styled service. Exceptional ! More

Rough deal put $200 deposit on new truck after agreeing on written quote. at signing, rebates were reduced due to incorrect model year when quoted. Final price was was almost 2k more then on written quote. Finance department claimed that conditions of my pre-approval had changed causing changes in loan, which turned out to be false after speaking with lender. Never got credit for $200 deposit. Almost 3wks later and management has not returned my calls to discuss matter. More
