Russ was kind and patient and after a couple of visits and a handful of calls to him I found a truck I liked and was very comfortable with the price. I dealt with Russ, Phil and Jesse. They are all gentleman and want to do a great job in taking care of their customers. Judging from their character, I would think this place has many quality people working here. We were working with Bob by way of email and phone as we live in Fond du Lac Wi Bob finally told us he had it done and we need to come down and get our new vehicle when we got there we found out that we had made a mistake in an email we sent him at that point we were ready to go home as we were very upside down in our vehicle but Bob said just hold on we can make this work and he did with the help of the other staff.
