Hats off to Kunes, Antioch! Went for a Buick and left with a Ford. I never would have thought that I would be a proud owner of a ford but here I am and wouldn't change a thing. I went to go take a look at a few of the used vehicles that I saw on the website and had a great experience with Russell and Sales Manager Phil. I walked onto the lot and asked about the used vehicles they had on the lot. Russell came out and asked me what I had in mind, advised me that there were a lot of used cars on the lot including the few that I came to check out. He pointed in the direction of the used cars, had me go take a walk around and pick a couple out that I thought I might be interested in. I was able to look without anyone hovering over me asking questions. I picked a few out he asked if I wanted any more time to look which is nice that it was on my own time. Was not pushy at all and was very willing to accommodate my needs. We talked about my budget for a bit then test drove all of the vehicles I was interested in. I was able to drive the one I really liked over to my mechanic for him to take a look at without assistance which was a nice touch so we could speak freely. Once I got back we pulled the carfax and saw that it had been into a pretty bad rear end accident after that he didn't even want to talk to me about that vehicle, didn't even try to sell it to me, but offered up another option, the Ford Explorer. I took it for a ride still was unsure so they let me take it over night and the next day to be sure I really liked what I was getting! NO pressure buying is the best experience anyone can ask for at a dealership. I brought it back and I knew it was time to talk numbers. They were very helpful in working with me to get it into my budget without sneaky, sleezy salesman tactics. Mark the finance guy was happy to help me get where I wanted to be as well! and I got a killer deal for my trade in. I felt they were very upfront with where they were and I am so glad they were so willing to meet me in the middle-although I feel I got the better deal! and hey that's what matters anyway. So if your looking to buy go buy from them! More

No responsibility Purchased a 2007 Nissan Altima from here in November of 2014. Car is equipped with smart fobs and push button start, so I've never had occasion to use Purchased a 2007 Nissan Altima from here in November of 2014. Car is equipped with smart fobs and push button start, so I've never had occasion to use the mechanical keys that came with the fobs, UNTIL yesterday 4/19/17. My car battery had completely died and neither of the fobs would work. I tried to used the mechanical keys and neither would unlock the door. I called a locksmith and had him open the door. He checked the lock and the keys and confirmed that these weren't the keys for this car. The fobs had been programmed to work for the car, but the keys belong to another car. I called Kunes and left a message for the sales manager. After several hours and no call back, I called again and asked to speak to the general manager. Again I left a message and received no call back. Today I drove to the dealership and spoke with Mr. Scott Kunes, the general manager. I explained the situation and that I never had occasion to use the mechanical keys until yesterday. I requested that he reimburse me for the cost of the locksmith since these were the wrong keys. He said that it wasn't his problem since it was so long ago that I bought the car. I offered to let Mr Kunes check the keys for himself. Why would I change the cylinder? I've contacted the Illinois attorney general More
