( this was disappointing since libertyville is our home town and we have been buying trucks and cars there for decades!). anyway....we decided to give kunes a shot and ended up driving our truck home a few hours later. the dealership is filled with professional staff who never put the pressure on you to buy ( unlike libertyville on that visit). jon castleman, our salesman, is by far the best person we have ever dealt with while purchasing our cars. fabulous does not accurately express his qualities! if you ever want to enjoy an honest, no pressure, pleasant car buying experience, you MUST go here. and ask for jon. you will not be disappointed. He drove 4.5 hours to pick and trailer a classic vehicle th Anthony Nueses went above and beyond any car salesman I have ever dealt with in 40 years. He drove 4.5 hours to pick and trailer a classic vehicle that I was wanting to trade, Then turned around and drove 4.5 hours back to the dealership. He arranged for a classic car appraiser to evaluate my vehicle at the dealership. Negotiations became got close to closing time and when things looked like they were going to "xxxx in a hand basket", he helped me through the negotiation process with J.J. and Philip. Bottom line a deal was completed. We all know after the deal you are only half done and I must say Jesse is the epitome of car dealer finance. He completed the transaction smoothly and efficiently as we approached the 11:00 pm hour, that's right 11:00 pm!!!!
