We were extremely delighted to see Russell standing there when we walked in. Russell had sold us our Ford Escape in April. We asked about the difference between the F150 3.5 versus the F250. Russell was very knowledgeable and laid everything out. He then asked what we were looking for and what we wanted on the F150. We returned on Monday and Russell delivered exactly what we wanted.
