Not happy Every time we go there for an oil change which we have to go there for in order to keep our warranty they charge us an arm and a leg...on top of we dr Every time we go there for an oil change which we have to go there for in order to keep our warranty they charge us an arm and a leg...on top of we drop the truck off about 8 o’clock in the morning and we never get it back until 1 or 2 o’clock in the afternoon. we always make an appointment while in advance so there should be no reason why it takes five or six hours to get an oil change done. And when we dropped our truck off this yesterday they were supposed to do an oil change and new tires and it took them from 8 o’clock in the morning until almost 6 o’clock at night. And when we called at almost 3 o’clock to see what was going on they said that they were waiting on two more tires to come in. We made this appointment order the tires weeks prior why would they not call us and tell us that the tires were not in so we need to reschedule. And then another time they charged us the wrong amount of money and then tried billing us three months later for their mistake? Another time we needed to get the headlight fixed because it was busted and they tried putting on a different headlight and giving it to us without telling us and the truck looked completely different so before we left the parking lot we had tell them that this is not the correct headlight. It is always one thing after another at this place! We are going to get a new vehicle in the spring for a family vehicle. We will no longer be going to Ford for this vehicle. We will go to GM or Chevrolet instead. Furthermore we will no longer go to Ford for any vehicles in the future because of our experiences at this location. More

We were extremely delighted to see Russell standing there when we walked in. Russell had sold us our Ford Escape in April. We asked about the difference between the F150 3.5 versus the F250. Russell was very knowledgeable and laid everything out. He then asked what we were looking for and what we wanted on the F150. We returned on Monday and Russell delivered exactly what we wanted. I worked in the business myself on the vendor side, so I was prepared on what to look for etc. I worked with Shawn Moore and he was nothing like the "typical car salesman" that people complain about. He had the perfect vehicle for my budget. With another car payment in our family, adding a second one is not ideal but Shawn and his team (Jason and Jesse) worked with me to find a vehicle that fit my budget.
