Couldn't have asked for a better sales person to work with! I felt very comfortable and welcome, and the finance gentleman Andrew was fantastic. Best car buying experience! My husband and I chose Kunes after having a bad experience with another dealership in the area. When we walked through the door we were greeted by Ken My husband and I chose Kunes after having a bad experience with another dealership in the area. When we walked through the door we were greeted by Ken Stapleton. Ken was really friendly and had answers to all of our questions. He helped us find the F-150 that we wanted. After walking out because we weren't going to get what we wanted for our trade-in, Ken was able to get us the price we wanted and got us back in. Jason Opahle was great in answering all the questions we had about discounts and gave us a great price on the F-150. Mark Rosenbush found us a better rate for the vehicle loan than what we came in with. Zack Strigin assisted with connecting our cell phone to the vehicle and explaining Sync to us. Overall, the guys at Kunes left my husband and I very happy. Ken went above and beyond for our trade-in, Jason gave us the best price in the area, Mark got us the best rate on our loan, and Zack was great with explaining Sync. These guys work as a team and leave the customers very satisfied with the car buying experience. If you are looking for a new vehicle I highly recommend going to Kunes and asking for Ken Stapleton. They will make sure that you leave happy! More

Easy no pressure sale of a new Explorer This is our 5th new vehicle through Kunes and we have not been disappointed with any of them. They have provided the exact vehicle we were looking for This is our 5th new vehicle through Kunes and we have not been disappointed with any of them. They have provided the exact vehicle we were looking for in all of the sales. There was never any pressure to alter from our vehicle designs or financial limits. Even with excellent service with our latest purchase, there was a minor delay in which they responded with an additional $500 rebate to compensate us. Who gives away money now adays with out an arm twisting, Kunes did! Along with great sales experiences, we can not be any more pleased with the manner that we are treated each and every time we have our vehicles serviced. More

Not happy Every time we go there for an oil change which we have to go there for in order to keep our warranty they charge us an arm and a leg...on top of we dr Every time we go there for an oil change which we have to go there for in order to keep our warranty they charge us an arm and a leg...on top of we drop the truck off about 8 o’clock in the morning and we never get it back until 1 or 2 o’clock in the afternoon. we always make an appointment while in advance so there should be no reason why it takes five or six hours to get an oil change done. And when we dropped our truck off this yesterday they were supposed to do an oil change and new tires and it took them from 8 o’clock in the morning until almost 6 o’clock at night. And when we called at almost 3 o’clock to see what was going on they said that they were waiting on two more tires to come in. We made this appointment order the tires weeks prior why would they not call us and tell us that the tires were not in so we need to reschedule. And then another time they charged us the wrong amount of money and then tried billing us three months later for their mistake? Another time we needed to get the headlight fixed because it was busted and they tried putting on a different headlight and giving it to us without telling us and the truck looked completely different so before we left the parking lot we had tell them that this is not the correct headlight. It is always one thing after another at this place! We are going to get a new vehicle in the spring for a family vehicle. We will no longer be going to Ford for this vehicle. We will go to GM or Chevrolet instead. Furthermore we will no longer go to Ford for any vehicles in the future because of our experiences at this location. More
