When we walked through the door we were greeted by Ken Stapleton. Ken was really friendly and had answers to all of our questions. He helped us find the F-150 that we wanted. After walking out because we weren't going to get what we wanted for our trade-in, Ken was able to get us the price we wanted and got us back in. Jason Opahle was great in answering all the questions we had about discounts and gave us a great price on the F-150. Mark Rosenbush found us a better rate for the vehicle loan than what we came in with. Zack Strigin assisted with connecting our cell phone to the vehicle and explaining Sync to us.
