Poor Customer Service Serviced my first truck here. Had an issue and then bought and serviced my next truck here (my stupidity). Had issues of being double charged for fees with the new truck. They paid me back and made excused on why. I stuck around with service. Had an issue with a mechanic yelled at me, and the service manager is useless. Go to Gillespie Ford, wish i had a long time ago. More

Way to ruin a customer relationship Brought in my highly modified ST that I had for 4 years without a single issue. Traded it in for a new RS, which unfortunately is plagued by a faulty Brought in my highly modified ST that I had for 4 years without a single issue. Traded it in for a new RS, which unfortunately is plagued by a faulty head/headgasket. I bought this car because I'm an enthusiast (why else would you buy an RS), I had every intention to modify it, and its my money and my car. Welp the dreaded headgasket failure happened to me, and their service instantly denied warranty work (they didn't even ask what was done). If something I did was to blame, sure my fault, but the RS's are failing left and right even STOCK levels. Clearly they've never heard of the Magnusson Moss Warranty Act before. All this data is easily searchable on Google. Had they been willing to work with me, I would have bought another car for my wife and had my sister (who is in the market) go there. But nope. That rubbed me the wrong way, and clearly they don't care about customer satisfaction with someone that bought a $40k sports car from them. I found another dealer to do the warranty work even modified. Sucks for them. More

New vehicle no prep Had to prep this vehicle myself. Even after bringing it in a second time for an entire day. Asked them to prep again, not done.
