1st Ever Car Purchase, WIN!! So one month ago I purchased my first ever vehicle from this dealership. I went in thinking it was a joke and that they're were jut another dealership So one month ago I purchased my first ever vehicle from this dealership. I went in thinking it was a joke and that they're were jut another dealership that was promising me false hopes and not going to be able to help me because I've been turned down everywhere else or told I must have a co-signer. Yes, I know I do not have perfect credit and I've worked very hard at reestablishing my credit as much as possible. So after walking into the dealership at 5pm on a Tuesday evening after I had worked all day with my husband and two kids I met Joe. He was extremely friendly but also extremely busy. He was helping multiple customers with their purchases and doing everything in his power to assist me. It was a very long evening as they worked to find me the right vehicle and also a loan company that would take my credit and help give me a second chance to rebuild it. Even though Joe was ping ponging back and forth between customers he was very tentative and apologetic for the long wait. He gave me children water, popcorn, and even coloring book and crayons to help keep them occupied. After a long evening I finally got matched with a loan company and a 2016 Jeep Patriot, I drove home that evening in my new vehicle. I love my Jeep and will continue to use Joe Serpico as my salesman along with using him in March when my husband comes in to buy his new vehicle. Thank You for all you did! You truly showed care, concern, and listened to everything your customer wanted!! More

In the first place I felt obligated to buy a car from Kunes because of the time and effort spent by my salesperson, he worked very hard for me. I felt I had no time to look at other types of SUVs or shop for the best deal for ME. During the time I spent in the chair waiting for my rep to come back, I heard swearing, and impatient conversation from other salespeople on the floor. I thought it was very unprofessional and I was not happy sitting there for 5 hours listening to that. People go to car dealerships and spend a lot of money, I expect the salespeople to be more professional. I will be doing more homework prior to my next vehicle purchase, and if I can't be out of there in a couple hours all said and done and with a car, I will leave and try another place. More

I started at Kunes Country Ford in Antioch Illinois because we purchased a Ford Escape from them earlier this year for my wife and had a good experience there. My daughter and I pulled up to the dealership and talked to the first salesman we saw which was Luke Hilger. We told him we wanted a smaller, gas efficient car and about what price range. He showed us a Ford CMAX Hybrid and we took it for a test drive. Luke explained everything the car had to offer and educated us on what to expect and how to drive it to maintain the best gas mileage. It was to be for my daughter. After I explained to my family all of the details, we decided that I would drive the CMAX because I drive 80 miles to work and back 6 days a week and gave our daughter the 2014 Escape that had been my car. We purchased the CMAX the next day. More
