I was able to research their website and find exactly what truck I wanted. The communications before my arrival was really good. When I arrived, Ken was right there greeting me. Saturday afternoon was a busy day. Ken was trying to handle multiple customers so John Castleman stepped in. I can really appreciate this instead of sitting and waiting for the sales guy to juggle different customers they took the time to hand-off my visit to someone else. We were able to find the truck I wanted quickly, get the details and have it at financing in no time at all. I got a great deal at the payment level I ask for. I was given a very fair trade-in value. My wife's car is planned for replacement in a few months. There is no question, I will go back to Kunes Country for her car! More

1st Ever Car Purchase, WIN!! So one month ago I purchased my first ever vehicle from this dealership. I went in thinking it was a joke and that they're were jut another dealership So one month ago I purchased my first ever vehicle from this dealership. I went in thinking it was a joke and that they're were jut another dealership that was promising me false hopes and not going to be able to help me because I've been turned down everywhere else or told I must have a co-signer. Yes, I know I do not have perfect credit and I've worked very hard at reestablishing my credit as much as possible. So after walking into the dealership at 5pm on a Tuesday evening after I had worked all day with my husband and two kids I met Joe. He was extremely friendly but also extremely busy. He was helping multiple customers with their purchases and doing everything in his power to assist me. It was a very long evening as they worked to find me the right vehicle and also a loan company that would take my credit and help give me a second chance to rebuild it. Even though Joe was ping ponging back and forth between customers he was very tentative and apologetic for the long wait. He gave me children water, popcorn, and even coloring book and crayons to help keep them occupied. After a long evening I finally got matched with a loan company and a 2016 Jeep Patriot, I drove home that evening in my new vehicle. I love my Jeep and will continue to use Joe Serpico as my salesman along with using him in March when my husband comes in to buy his new vehicle. Thank You for all you did!
